I can only review the process of applying and receiving the download confirming my renwed cover, which was all handled very smoothly and professionally. The test will come if I need to activate the recovery process and how it performs, but so far, all has worked well.
Setting up extended cover for my new product was simple and at a very reasonable cost.
I have tried to email 'Andy' back three times and every time I get a mailer-daemon notification that my message was not able to be delivered.
He has tried to tell me I hadn't bought 2 years cover... I was trying to send the receipt to show I did... so double rubbish customer 'service'
Your customer service is quite the worst l have ever experienced from any major company that l have had to deal with in my adult life. I have been trying to get a refund on a service l never used. After 2 weeks you have still failed to do it. Getting through on the phone is a nightmare and nobody ever gets back to you as promised by phone or email.

Seamless continuation of yearly subscription covering all aspects in case anything should go wrong with my HP computer. A fast and efficient service providing great security and peace of mind. Would not be without it. Many thanks.
Friendly customer advisor but unable to help resolve the problem, even when escalated to higher support teams. I did have to chase to get an update though and the suggested fixes were all things I had already tried.
This leaves me with an HP MFP, just months out of warranty, which is now essentially a paperweight.

Absolutely atrocious. Sent in laptop with broken screen (but still working machine). Lied about the timeline to have it repaired, never was called back, and then when I canceled the repair was sent back the computer was no longer operational. Company has refused to replace or rectify the issue.
I found HP support services disjointed and inefficient. Simple requirements like sending emails were not done, getting updates were time consuming and nigh impossible, and no-one who you contacted by either whatsapp or phone seemed to have a clue.
I like HP products, but the support services are so fundamentaly flawed it would put me off buying HP again.
The problem was not resolved and I’m waiting to be contacted again as I was promised.

Whilst, certainly not a cheap option, it is without doubt the best option if you want your Laptop repaired thoroughly, properly and quickly. My touchscreen got broken on my laptop and with it not being a year old, I wanted it done professionally. The quote was £415.00 and was told it would take 10 to 20 days. I reluctantly accepted. The laptop was collected next day (Monday) by courier. (In a special padded secure box) the next thing I know is a message from the courier saying they would be returning my computer the next day (Wednesday) so from collection to return less than 72 hours.. Brilliant. And the best bit was the computer was fully checked over and the lid was found to have slight damage and the battery was not retaining charge as it should be (I hadn't noticed..) so they too were replaced along with a full clean and service... All of a sudden the £415.00 seems like money well spent.
Excellent service from Best2serve. I have no hesitation in recommending their services unreservedly and will not hesitate to use them again... (Should my English Bull Terrier ever decide to bring me my laptop again....)

despite having extended my warranty I'm constantly getting notifications to extend my warranty and on my hp dashboard it has not updated and still shows my warranty running out next month

Pretty quick once I decided to take more cover from HP
Ineffective Warranty and overseas support team (Scrip following dummies) . Opened a claim on behalf of our elderly customer (i work in an RMA department for an IT company) for a repair on a HP laptop. After an hour of fruitless basic fault finding (turning it on and off again), i was told it would need to be sent in for repair. After hearing nothing back from them, i got a phone call from a different overseas Hp agent who told me there was a security issue and that the repair would be blocked. I was made to feel like a criminal, even though i had the proof of sale, proof of serial number and am part of a large VAT registered UK company. I was told the end user has to call in for a warranty, so in this case an 85 year old lady. Hp have tried to avoid upholding their warranty (it has 6 months Hp warranty Remaining) at every twist and turn. Nowhere in the terms and conditions ,does it say that a company can not use their warranty. We will be recommending Lenovo in Future, as their warranty is more robust. I think one star is generous given my experience, if only there was a zero option. They seem to think everyone is lying and want to see live video's etc before they let you send the unit for repair, then still refuse it.
