Have ordered a few times with this company via amazon and each time the order has been delayed and ends up taking at least 2 weeks.Terrible customer services and will not use them again.Avoid.

i ordred a 16 pack of punjana tea
i ordred a 16 pack of punjana tea , the advert clearly stated original blend,( i have ordered from these before with no problem ), when they turned up they are not the original blend but they are in the package of the special everyday blend which is much cheaper . there are no markings on the package to confirm what they are . best4deals claim these are original blend however i still have some to compareand they most definatley are not . i have asked for a returns label but they refuse so i guess i will go down the lines of money claim online to recover, avoid as it apears they are selling dodgy stuff

I ordered from Amazon from this company and found them most unhelpful when i had a problem. I have tried to find a phone number for them but cant find one.

Extremely disappointed
I ordered 12 bottles of Thorncroft Kombucha Cordial via Amazon. Two delivery dates were subsequently given and not met. After waiting almost two weeks and having to chase courier Yodel and them referring me to seller at Amazon I was informed parcel was lost or damaged in transit, that my order was cancelled and my money would be refunded. Not satisfactory. Item showed as ‘in stock’ when ordered. Satisfactory conclusion would have been that I received my order !

Awful service
I bought a few times from this Company. I had quite a few problems but last time was too much. I ordered and they delivered to my billing address (not sure if it was by mistake). After contacting them, they confirmed the parcel was delivered to the neighbor. I went to the delivery address to collect the parcel and it wasn't there, I checked with all the neighbors and my parcel was not delivered there. I never asked to deliver the parcel with any of the neighbors. Now my parcel is missing.
