Wanted family matching Christmas T shirts so 6th November found myself in Best and Less. Got 8 T shirts but didn’t have a men’s large in the design I wanted. Lady at counter very helpful - I paid for all including the missing one for which she raised a click and collect order. Didn’t hear anything for over a week. Checked in store - will be in its way they said. A few days later large size is available online so I feel assured I will hear my order is complete. Still no word, now 3 weeks later so I contacted customer services via email, no response. Then out of stock online, start to worry. Call customer service head office - they cancel my click and collect and tell me to go in store for a refund. What?? I now have the situation where all bar one of the family have matching T’s due to B&L not fulfilling click and collect, pre paid orders before offering stock for online purchase. Just not good enough, surely it’s possible to prioritise orders that have already been paid for when items come back in stock, especially large stores like B&L. Not happy at all, such poor customer service.
There is a good outcome as the customer service dept gave me the numbers of local stores where there might be one (she didn’t know the names of the stores in my area though, I had to give the locations to her). I called Runaway Bay but they couldn’t find one. Then about 5 mins after I’d hung up she callled me back to say she had one and was happy to put it behind the desk for me. She had searched again, kept my number just in case and then called me back. Now that is customer service, head office could learn a thing or two from the wonderful staff at Runaway Bay.
The moral of the tale is- don’t pay up front as you are in no way guaranteed you will receive your goods.

I made an order via online Best and Less and chose to click and collect from my local store, I received a message saying some items were not available at my store so I would have to pay postage for them to come from their warehouse and a few items were available click and collect, when I went in to pick up my (half order) click and collect from my store, I noticed every other item I ordered was available in the store, I asked the assistant if they had just come in and she said no, they have always been here .
So I got charged postage and had to wait for half of my items to be sent when they had been available in the store the whole time . I tried reaching out to customer service to find out why I had been charged postage ect but they have not replied to me .
Best & Less doesn't really cater for my age group (senior) but occasionally I find something I like. I have just purchased 3 pj bottoms, 3/4 length, they are made from really soft polyester elastane, have side pockets and come in a range of lovely colours and patterns. The size 12 is perfect for me and so comfortable. At $14 each you can't go wrong for value.
Had a great experience shopping at Best & Less! Picked up a super comfy black oversized jumper for myself – perfect for the chilly weather. Also managed to grab some winter clothing for the kids, all on sale, which was a bonus! Great prices, good quality, and everything we needed in one go. Will definitely be back!

Unlike my Myer Online experience my goods arrived on time advised and every item was as described and in perfect condition. Great clothing; excellent quality and as seen on shopping website.
