The flooring is very hard wearing , it doesn’t show the dirt and is easy to clean . It looks lovely just like real wood . As with all herringbone , it is tricky to lay at the edges ! The pieces join together well and can be cut with a jig saw . It is not cheap but worth it for peace of mind . I have this through my kitchen diner and it is showing no signs of wear and it’s been down two years . I now have it in my hallway and living room . Botanic beige is a lovely light to medium colour way with light and dark tones . It compliments most schemes without being over powering . I highly recommend this product . The quick step laminate I had in my previous home was down for 20 years and looked good as new with a big family trampling on it ! Great product . Ordered at a great price with this company!
