This is a realistic wood effect luxury vinyl glue-down product by Karndean. The downside is that this particular product is no longer being manufactured, so if you truly want it you'll have to get what's left in stock from 3rd party resellers. I did it because I had it already in my hallway and I wanted the exact same for the study room. You can expect to pay roughly £30-35 per sq.m. Removed 1 star from "Quality" because it can get easily dented, and I had quite a few boards whose ends where nicked (the installer sorted it out by cutting them off).
