I order the LVT and no issue until I got to delivery day. Everything turns to chasing.
Had to call 4 times until I was given a delivery time. Then the driver called and told me he won't drive to my property and I had to drive to him and load into my car and take it to my house.
I had many delivery and I never had any issue they cant drive to my house. The house is build 6 years ago and not in middle of nowhere. 2 cars can easily pass the street.
I called to get at lease delivery charge back but no flexibility. Never again buy from there such too much chasing and headache.

We completely understand how inconvenient it must have been to wait for a delivery update, but as per out T&C's, deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, we will always try our best to provide an ETA, but this is not always possible. Delivery time updates on this occasion are provided through Karndean and their third-party courier network, so when a customer requests an ETA, we do need to contact them directly and wait for their response before we can come back with an update. The team did chase this several times throughout the day, we appreciate that this can sometimes take longer than expected, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
On the day of delivery, the courier advised that they were unable to access the area safely with their vehicle and contacted you directly to try to complete the delivery. We appreciate this was not the experience you were expecting, but the driver believe this was the better option, rather than the delivery failing.
We are sorry that you felt let down by the service on this occasion.

The delivery was all a bit of a nightmare (which was not Best at floorings fault), and Kieran was super helpful with sorting out the problem and getting a replacement item that the courier damaged. Im super impressed with the support, and i will definitely buy from them again. If only all companies were this good at sorting issues out.
