Ridiculous Negative Reviews
I wanted to put on record that I have been looking at reviews of Best at Travel something I do every now and again as a regular customer.
I noted that the recent "negative" reviews were from clients who had holidays cancelled due to the Iran / USA war.
What is wrong with these people, this war was not of Best at Travel's making, there were thousands of clients affected and as ever it is clear that Best at Travel did their very best to deal with the situation.
Their website stated that they had to prioritise people currently overseas, what did these clients expect them to do, deal with someone who's holiday was months away or help people right in the middle of it.
Best at Travel are just that, the Best. I have been using them for a number of years and have had nothing but excellent service, most especially from Lauren and Sonny.
I would say to these people who wrote these ridiculous 1 star reviews, how would you have dealt with the situation ? Could you of done any better - I have much doubt it.

When i emailed requesting a call back it happened almost immediately, I was called by Lauren who was fantastic she talked me through everything and after listening to what we were looking for sent over some choices for us .
