Excellent service from the Bath store…

Excellent service from the Bath store with a thorough inspection of the bathroom to be refurbed in my home and a detailed quotation delivered later the same day.

Helpful and professional attitude of the team when I called at Bath's store to discuss aspects of the quote.

Not sure is a real company or not?

I can’t tell if this company is
Legit or not, I was dubious from the start, as they seem to work in a very old fashioned way. I put my name and address details to get a delivery date, but then received a message to say my order had been made and that I would be contacted shortly for payment?

I then received a phone call the following day for payment, it was a landline but was really poor quality reception, I could hardly understand the guy I was talking to, I asked if I could pay by bacs as I was dubious, they said that isn’t possible(even the invoice said I could) the guy I spoke to said he will send me another email with details of payment, 4 days later I have never received, and I won’t be chasing up either.

Does not seem legit to me, all very strange.

Avoid This Company if Possible

I ordered several items from this company. Not a single one was delivered without some marks, damage and or a missing screw. To avoid the hassle of returns and as I desperately need new sink, I decided to keep most of my order as the outside looked ok (damage on inside), however, one of them had a crack on the outside which I decided to not put up with. After contacting the company to replace the damaged bathroom tall storage unit, they assured me the damaged item will be picked up next day and a replacement will be sent the following day.

NO ONE came to collect the faulty item as promised, called at 6pm to check why, they said courier's office is closed now and they can't call them so I have to wait till tomorrow, even though I was assured at 4pm earlier in the day that someone will definitely arrive.

Regarding replacement, I was told today that it will now be 3-5 working days before it is dispatched, even though I was promised 100% that it will arrive tomorrow.

I will update this if situation changes.

Extremely disappointed and would never buy from this company again! They say on their website they offer 'no fuss' exchange for items that are damaged - absolute nonsense!

BEWARE

this company seems to work on ' economy with the truth ' as I ordered on the back of - ' we have one in stock and can get it to you well within my deadline ' - they did not have any in stock but have to order it from their suppliers , who have not despatched it and will not until next week - making too late for my booked week to finish shower room - AND to add to all this, I have the wait while the ' try and organise my refund !!' - I was not allowed to speak to any ONE person in charge and have copious of names of different people to try and talk - had I kept continually calling, I would be even know I was not going to get my product - TERRIBLE - I now have to beg for my refund - the job is now cancelled - putting more people than me , out - BEWARE

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH-POOR,POOR,POOR

Do not use this company. 3 times items have been delivered and 3 times china has been cracked.
Rubbish after sales and constantly put on hold for 20 minutes.
BE WARNED DON`T USE THIS COMPANY!

Disappointing After Sales Service

We ordered a shower unit, toilet and sink from Best Bathrooms on 2nd April. We have had so many problems with the products and Best Bathrooms have taken no responsilbility for helping us resolve our issues. Not only have the customer staff been rude and unhelpful, having been prompted to detail my comments to another staff member, still no resolution and compensation was offered.
We were referred to Best Bathroom's manufacturor of the products, and have been dealing with them since August. Subsequently we are still waiting for parts to be delivered and calls to be returned. This company has been going through redundancy and a take over so communication is also poor. It is now November. We have had our bathroom fitted since May but still are not able to use it.
Best Bathroom have conducted themselves in such an unprofessional manner as once the sale has been confirmed they do not care. I would strongly recommend against using this company.

Good company

Yesterday I wrote a really bad review about BestBathrooms which I have withdrawn and apologize for. I am in the process of major alterations to my house and dealing with about 20 different companies at the moment.
I got confused and gave BestBathrooms the bad review that was meant for Nationwide Bathrooms.
On the 17th April 2012, I ordered a large vanity unit and a heated towel rail from BestBathrooms. The vanity unit was delivered within 2 days and after a reminder phone call I am assured that the heated towel rail will be delivered this Thursday (26th April).
I will be using BestBathrooms again in the future.
