Would definitely recommend the beds are so comfortable very good price this company give a quick response too the delivery was on time and the delivery driver was lovely

Enquired about my bed via TIKTOk and received quick response where they offered cash on delivery which really impressed me.
They encouraged me to check headboards measurements which am grateful for or it would have been too tall.
I planned delivery which I had to cancel and again they responded quickly and without issue taken my new date.
Bed arrived Friday 29 august very well packed and I immediately seen the quality looked superb.
Assembled the bed Sunday 7th September and I’m honestly blown away with how well it looks and more than I expected.
Only little criticism was the instructions not exactly clear but we got there and I absolutely love it as do family who will be using this company also.

I ordered the Charles Cream Chesterfield Bed in plush velvet with a 60-inch headboard, and it looks stunning in my bedroom. The diamond button option really stands out. Delivery was smooth, and assembly was quick.

I recently purchased the South Wales Luxury Bed and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I reached out via WhatsApp on a Saturday evening, not expecting a reply until Monday but to my surprise, I received a prompt and helpful response that same night. The team answered all my questions clearly, which gave me the confidence to place my order right away.

Delivery was seamless well-organised, punctual, and communicated brilliantly throughout. The bed itself is beautiful and truly lives up to its name. It’s a stunning centerpiece in my bedroom and feels as luxurious as it looks.

I was apprehensive ordering through Facebook but the customer service and reassurance has been fantastic.
Numerous pictures sent, measurements and quotes. Followed up with checking the order was correct before processing.
The bed arrived within days of ordering confirmation slot sent the day before and a message first thing this morning with the delivery time.
The bed is very well made and sturdy.

Added bonus with the gas lift as I wasn’t expecting the bottom to be boarded!
The delivery guys were lovely, on time and fast assembly… well worth the extra money took 20 minutes maximum.
I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed.

what i wanted was kingsize ottoman gas lift with headboard and footboard , got advised on size which was going to be too long for bedroom, so was going to cancel but then speaking to customer service helped sort out exactly what i wanted, helping me with different options plus giving me sizes to make sure it would fit, and lots of patience to still get what i wanted. i can not thank them enough my bed is absolutely stunning mattress is soo comfy. also with the beds been made to order all was done from order to delivery in 2 days wow, i was also informed day before about del time which was great,so just thank you thank you thank you, for giving me an amazing nights sleep every night....

Love my bed looks amazing in my bedroom and looks so expensive but very reasonably priced . The company was so helpful and polite and had alot of patience with me asking so many questions as i wanted to buy a good bed. They were very helpul.please give this company a look up you wont be
