Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 71 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, noting that items received often did not match their online descriptions or advertised materials. Customers frequently reported issues with product quality, describing items as cheap, poorly made, and smelling of plastic. The sizing of clothing was also a common complaint, with many finding items to be significantly smaller than expected or advertised. Reviewers also encountered significant problems with their orders, including incorrect items, wrong colors, and mislabeled sizes. The refund process was a major source of frustration, as many struggled to obtain a full refund or were offered only a small percentage of their purchase price. Additionally, the return policy was criticized for being difficult to navigate, often requiring customers to ship items back to China at their own expense, which many found to be too costly.

"100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee" gets you no wear!

"100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee" is on their website, so I ordered bestbestones shoes, 11 in size. When they showed up four weeks later, however, I received shoes that were 13 and were even marked 13. Additionally, the quality of the material wasn't good.

I requested a return address and a refund, only to receive an email asking me to take pictures of the shoes and then send them back. I did, and that's when the negotiation began. I was offered 10% refund, then 20% and keep the shoes......and after more than 2 weeks I eventually gave up. It's very frustrating to go thru this process and get nowhere.

I would discourage anyone from considering buying the bestbestones shoe products. Their shoes aren't great, and their "100% No-Risk Money Back Guarantee" gets you no wear.

This company accepted my order

This company accepted my order, took payment a month ago and I have never received the items. I would never buy from them again and warn everyone - o not buy from this organization. I am reporting them to FTC, BBB, banks, US Treasury and will go on social media until they are out of business.

I would not give them 3ven 1 star but there is no option to say negative rating.

I fear they are tied to Chinese scam artists.

To bad there is not a zero

To bad there is not a zero. Not scammed but very disappointing. Only offered a 10% refund on my 100 dollar purchase after showing a 30 day refund on site. Guess I will sick my cc company on them to get my money back.

False advertising

I saw them advertising a Suede jacket for $68.
If it were for cheap ($20-$30), I would immediately classify it as a scam. But this was $68 so I went ahead and ordered it. It took more than a month to arrive.
Then when I inspected it I discovered that it was made of cheap polyester! This is from China and it's a pain trying to get a refund or return it. So, I'm just $68 poorer. Avoid them!

total scam

The sweaters were absolutely not cashmere as advertised but some kind of stretch blend fiber. No brand labels, but one small label that said 35% cotton and 65% polyester! Advertised on their site as cashmere! Total frauds. Do not buy from this company!

This company is a scam from China

They use this and similar websites like shoeloom.com to get you to buy products of apparently high quality. The products you receive are cheap counterfeits nothing like what was advertised. Their customer service is very slow to respond (Oliver) and only offers a 10% refund when they had promised money back guarantee. Stay away and only shop on credible websites with guaranteed customer service (like Amazon).

These guys are a Total Fraud!

These guys are a Total Fraud!! Shirts arrived not looking at all like they were advertised. The package was damaged and burst open. The shirts had stains on them. Emailed their customer service department but zero help there. Had to contact Capital One for a fraud refund.

Buyer beware! You pay for returns and the postage is to China and very expensive.want to give this one star

I didn't want to give this one star. I ordered four of the polo shirts. They are thin and tight as hell. I asked for a refund and got all kinds of run around. Beware! They donot provide return shipping and I found out at the post office that it would cost $80.00 to ship back to them for a $110. 00 sale, clearly not worth it. They put me through the ringer offering me 10% back or I should give them to somone as a gift before they would give me their address to return the items. These guys are charlatans and you will not get what you paid for. After all they put me through, I couldn't even trust that the address in China was their actual address. Needless to say, i had to eat the $110.00s. I hope, atleast some homeless person benefits from them at the shelter I left them at.

They do not refund or exchange

I ordered two men's sweaters November 19th, for a birthday gift November 30th. They did not arrive until December 12th, long past the needed date. I would have still used them, but they did not fit. I asked for an exchange or refund and the company refused. They would only give me a 10% discount on my next order. No thank you.

The quality was not as advertised

The quality was not as advertised, and although I requested "small", it was closer to a "large" with sleeves extremely long. They would not exchange and would only refund 10%. but I have yet to receive even that, if ever.

Really lousy customer service

I ordered shoes, 8.5 in size, but received shoes that were 9-9.5, even though the shoes were marked 8.5. In addition the quality of the material was terrible.
I requested a return address and a refund only to receive an email asking me to take pictures of the shoes and then send them to an address in China. Thats when the Chinese-style negotiation begun. I was offered 25% refund, then 30% and keep the shoes......the back-and-forth is still going on as I write this. It's very frustrating to go thru this process and get nowhere.
I would discourage anyone from considering buying the bestbestones products. their customer services in virtually non-existent.

This is a fraud and a scam

This is a fraud and a scam. They offer a "leather jacket" and then send you a poorly made cotton fabric resembling suede. Worst of all, they refuse to return your money. Stay away from these vendors and in particular Chinese sites that look "too good to be true."

Never received the merchandise

Never received the merchandise. I chat with them online and lady could not track the item because the tracking number is fictitious. This is nothing but fraud and deceit.

Don't do it

Don't do it! You thought it was too good to be true? Well, you were right. The merchandise never came. The customer service e-mail is not real. All e-mails I sent to it were returned undeliverable. Capital One thank goodness has 100% fraud protection so I will eventually have this charge erased, but the truth is, it's not worth the hassle.
