Wrong color product was sent and it was packaged in a way that the stem fell out and broke once it was opened

The first time my order came it was missing one cone piece. They didn’t get back to me until I made a review and then they told me they sent it separately and asked me to change my review which I did. It’s been so many months now and I still never received the second delivery- not sure why they sent one cone piece separately anyway. Communication is terrible

The payment method was a little confusing, payments from my card would probably be easier

Wrong bong delivered. Wrong shipping (I selected express not standard) and was promised a refund which I never received.

firstly i ordered a bong and a lighter, got no lighter first and the bong was damaged, i spoke to someone on the snapchat account who said my lighter was out of stock so they shipped it the next day, i got the lighter but not the right one anyway. also was supposed to get a replacement bong shipped out as mine was damaged, and never recieved that.

Still haven’t received my package after a month and I paid for express post! They won’t answer my emails at all so DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They’re plain crooks!

I liked what I received, the order was delayed due to COVID but didn’t expect a small amount of stuff but can’t choose what I get for $25 mystery box otherwise great conversation and great mystery box items

Fisrt time shopping here i specially wanted this one item and stated that before payment they sent the wrong rubbish which i hate and did not want they ignore all emails only when consumer affairs spoke to them did i get reply ,they were out of stock for my item sent some other rubbish they dont offer refund or say before they take money my original item is out of stock down $45 for this rubbish item im stuck with not used no refund or exchange they back to ignore msg and offer a $2.00 refund worst service from this store!
