No complaints

Happy with the service. Great quality and fast delivery.

Only negative point I would make was that the delivery driver was sent alone. Not sure what he could have done if I had refused or been unable to help unload the furniture from the van...

Outstanding service

The desk is above my expectations and the service is brilliant.
When ordering, please keep in mind that the currier delivers only to the building’s outer entrance door (not to your apartment’s door).
The rest is just perfect. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service! A++++

The real test of customer service is when things don’t go according to plan and how the company reacts, shows concern, communicates and makes good faith efforts to make things right. In this regard Best Budget is among the best companies that I have ever dealt with.

Additionally, the product was of excellent quality and the wrapping/shipping was superior.

Best Budget is a very, responsive, respectable and honest company. It was a great experience!! Thanks.

Good experience

Great quality (standing electric desk + documents cupboard). The delivery was quick and the desk arrived assembled and ready to use. No problems so far and the price was comparable with Ikea, though the quality of the desks is far superior.
