Perfect envelopes and clearly good customer service.
I bought two similar envelopes in the same transaction expecting they would arrive in the same package and “Best Buy” Envelopes sends them separately and charges me twice for postage. Oh, and the postage cost far less than charged. Both times. Don’t be conned.
- Update: I double checked and they are right, my mistake. The envelopes are excellent, just what I wanted. Thanks for the quick reply. Stars updated to 5.

The website is very misleading
The website is very misleading, there was an option that read 1-49 units which charged £0.45 with options of different sizes. The option size I chose came down to £ 0.66 and when i went to check out there was a VAT charge of £9.00. And when the envelope arrived there was only 1 envelope for the price of £9.00. This is really out of order.

I paid for extortionate shipping and I'm still waiting for the envelopes almost a week later. I spoke to customer service who were unhelpful and the lady I spoke to was very unprofessional in her manner and did not give me much assurance that I would have my delivery in the time frame I needed
