I ordered some tobacco concentrate flavour and it was only After the order had been complete and paid for that I noticed their discount code. I emailed them asking if they could either refund the discount or cancel the order so that I could then reorder using their discount code. They acted within the hour and refunded the discount code amount!

To be fair to them; thanks to me, not only has Andrew B & team started putting proper replies to reviews on here, rather than bad mouthing & trying to be a big man. They have also mentioned on their site that “some net e liquids contain flavourings” hahaha ALL of their juice is flavourings!!! Not a single tobacco leaf has been used to make their dreadful juices, Hence my review.
Go to Gov.uk and raise a yellow card against these crooks.

ordered some nicotene on 1st april it is now the 9th and still dont have it, i opened a paypal dispute which they are gonna ignore and now i have to wait for a refund.. here is the email i got off these crooks Unfortunately, I was going to refund you but you have opened up a paypal
dispute in which paypal withhold your payment and now I cannot do

Thank you,,, steer clear (the lab lmfao what kind of moron do they think we are hahahaha).. an update.. it took over a week and they still didnt process my order, they could of contacted paypal and settled the refund earlier but they decided not to just to be awkward, paypal said this will cause them problems.. as for the habitual 1 star rating i comment on here when a company like this joke of a company does me wrong , i spend thousands of pounds and buy thousands of items on the web so 17 ratings is a drop in the ocean compared to how many items i buy.. avoid this company like the plague else they might try rip u off like they did to me..ps u only kept me informed until i contacted you on facebook.. if i could give these clowns a minus rating i would. worst vaping company ive dealt with by a mile.

Never have such good products been represented so so badly!

The products are good. The service and behaviour of its owners and staff is nothing short of criminal. I have been sent products I did not order, I have never received the refunds that were promised for those products.
I have paid for products only to be emailed days later and only after chasing for a respose as to where my order was and informed that it was out of stock! Even though a order dispatched email was sent to me.

After sending an extremely agitated email outlining my concerns about the level of incompetentence in dealing with my issues and concerns.

I was told that I was rude for calling them incompetent and that I could no longer shop with them and that they would refund monies owed (not a large sum, but my money all the same) that was three months ago, money never arrived. But what did keep on arriving was a stream of emails for offers, day after day. This resulted in me asking and for them to remove me from their mailing list which resulted in me having to threaten legal action to finally get it to stop.

Not nice people.

The next thing that will happen is there will be a response to this criticism from me with wild stores and maybe excuses but most of all it will be an attempt to discredit me with a superior attitude and self righteous demeanor. Just as they have done to every other negative review they've had.

This company can not accept responsibility for their incompetentence, never they can do no wrong.

So I say never have such good products been so so badly represented.
They do not deserve to have those products to represent.
