The site is good, there are serious people on it, it's a good experience, but the big problem is that it's too expensive. Even reading an email requires a lot of coins, and you should respect the amounts you ask people to pay. You can't say "pay £199,999" and then when you get to the payment stage, the money becomes £230, or £19 becomes £23. I don't think that's serious.
