CROOK AND LIAR ALERT
Please do yourself a favor and don't ever buy any products from this unreliable poor
quality, liar, crook and thief vendor. We purchase 2 PTZ 12 MG Pixel conference
camera and both of them are not working at all. They are a total piece of junk. Not
focusing fast enough if even focusing at all. The image coloring come out way off than
what it is. We contacted the seller to let him know the issue with the camera and he admitted an issue with it and that he will discussed it
with his engineering team. I left a screen shot of the conversation we
had with him. We wanted to return the camera but the seller did everything
not to accept the returns. Based on the conversation we had I highly doubt that he is a
manufacturer .He was giving us the run around. So we never had a refund and lost 551$ USD. courtesy of an irresponsible vendor that doesn't do quality control of his products.
