I m not satisfied at all. I purchased a laptop ( order 2107 ) that is not working.
I tried to get a refund since last week but no answer from your company.
I also tried to reach you by phone. No response to my messages.

Until now, I do not have any post adress to resend the Laptop and I didn’t had any response about my request.

While the initial delivery time was longer than expected, the people at bestellaptop provided really good compensation as an apology so I really appreciate that. I wish that maybe it could be a bit more clear when a product is out of stock though.

After one month I've still not received the laptop I ordered and paid for. Their customer service does not reply to any emails and also not react in the chat.

I had a great experience with Bestellaptop! The team was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I bought a laptop from them, and they even upgraded my RAM from 8GB to 16GB for free, which was such a nice surprise. The laptop works perfectly, and the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

I’m really not happy with the client service I’m am getting zero replies on my emails I have ordered a laptop and paid 400€ but have not received it yet. I think I might be scammed.

Have ordered a laptop on August 24, 2024. until now nothing is delivered. Called the seller for last 3 weeks and in the first couple of weeks he told me each time that the laptop will be delivered next monday for sure. than he told that the laptop i ordered is not available, so ge is going to send me another one instead. than i insist on the phone to settle the replacement and agreed up on. he told me that it will be send to me. After that he stop responding to my phonecalls by phone and in watsap. So looks like a fraud. I have reported a fraud to police.

Bought one laptop a couple of months ago, took some time but got it eventually and it was as promised.
Ordered and paid for a 2nd one about 3 weeks ago. But this time, no joy, excuses and apologies but no laptop and no money back.
I assume he started off with good intentions but as seen by the other reviews, he recently bit off more than he could chew. He can't keep up because he isn't a professional, just a chancer. An incompetent one.
Don't give him any money because you will lose it
We will file a report with the police also.

I bought a laptop from this company, and it was advertised to come with Microsoft office.
Which was one of the main reasons for making the purchase.
But the laptop didn't have Microsoft on it,
And I've been chasing them for week's to have it installed.
After they got a positive review from me, I'm unable to get any contact or response from them.
My advice is to make sure you're getting what you pay for before paying...
I'm very disappointed
This guy is not to be trusted.
