Never buy from here!
I was checking autodoc website for some parts and since they did not have the item that I wanted there, I went on to besteonderdelen where it seemed that they have it, just because they don't update the stock numbers.
After ordering the item, I receive an email that my order was shipped but with other items, cheaper ones. I reached out to them by email because there is no phone number (red flag) and after two days I was told that they can't recall the parcel and that I have to refuse it. Since I was not home, it was delivered to a pickup point which did not have the option to refuse it, so I had to wait 7 days for it to be shipped back.More than 3 weeks have passed and I have still not retrieved my money back. This is such a bad customer experience that they are just trying to push something to you to sell. AVOID this!

Never again I will buy anything at this place

Edit(12/2021):As expected, Nobody contacted me and finally The replacement that I received and the other Bosch unit were also total craps. I had to buy a new one at another shop. They were old/out of date, or fake or defect. I don’t know, but unusable. Money lost. Run away from this place.
First, it took 10 days for my windshield wiper to arrive, and was broken. So I was more than 2 weeks sending emails with pictures and finally I was offered 6€ to repair it!!! I told them I would handle this with my legal insurance and finally, after almost a month, I received it. But I was always, at every email, asked about the VIN code of my car, Why???
I suffered all kind of tricks. I felt like dealing with scammers.

I don't recommend!!!

I ordered part 13.02.19. I am still waiting for the order. the store can not give me back the money and the package got stuck in the courier.

Het voelt aan alsof ik opgelicht ben.

Het voelt aan alsof ik opgelicht ben.
De website staat vol met leugens, zo ook over snelheid van levering.
Een vies clubje wat zich op de site voordoet als een Nederlands bedrijf.

Dit bedrijf moet aangepakt worden door de Nederlandse waakhonden.
Mijn auto staat nu al een week stil,... Ik ben niet normaal boos. Ik kan geen kant op.

It feels like I've been scammed.
The website is full of lies, including speed of delivery.
A dirty club that occurs on the site as a Dutch company.

This company must be tackled by the Dutch watchdogs.
My car has been stationary for a week now ... I am not normally angry. I can not go any way.

Helaas Enorme levertijd, op een onderdeel wat op voorraad is...2 weken is te lang!

Enorme levertijd, terwijl er op voorraad bij staat, Kwaliteit is top, maar de levering, en reactie op een bestelling kan beter en sneller! , Bijna twee weken tussen bestelling en levering is te lang, 4 dagen na de bestelling op internet pas een reactie mail, jammer, want het geleverde product is gewoon goed!

And to the answer from Beste onderdelen below, thats really not thrue!! replay on our order was only after 4 days, and the delivery from Berlin to our adres took 14 days!!! so your answer is not correct!! , Be honest!!
So nice product,no complaint about that, good priceto! , but something went wrong sending it to us , delevery sucked, we wil see next time how long it takes, y had a customer who was not happy! The first order y placed before this was delivered very quick, so thats fine, But something went really wrong whit the second delivery, Again, the product was fine, really no complaints about that, but the delivery took 2 weeks..!.
