I Was Sold a Defective Espresso Maker and Then Stonewalled by Bestpresso
I had been buying Bestpresso's Nesspresso-compatible capsules for two years and was very satisfied. So when my espresso maker died, I purchased Bestpresso's machine.
When it arrived, it was defective—it leaked profusely.
I attempted to contact them many times over the period of a week. I never heard back from them. I had to throw away the machine and purchase one from another vendor.
Very disappointing. I'm a little disappointed that the machine was defective, but I'm very disappointed that I've never had a single response from Bestpresso.
