The worst customer service and the cheapest products. All are chinese at the cheapest quality. I don't recommend it; save your money

I wish I had seen the reviews previously. Yes, it's plastic, came in a plastic bag and is unwearable. I threw them away on the day they were received.

The boots arrived in a plastic envelope so they were bent and squished. Sold as leather but It doesn’t look or feel Iike leather.I have contacted the company numerous times, a final answer’They are working on it’
Clearly there is no hope of ever returning the boots.
Next purchase go to a reputable company pay more and have a product you can wear.

Foot wear is trash from china ...and false advertising as Canadian....scamming people for profit....

. The boots i received were defective. Dents in the leather, a seam in the material inside that should not have been there and they sent the wrong size. I even sent a photo. I have been emailing since February, and although they offered to send me another item they would charge me shipping and handling. The resaon they will not refund my money is that the boots were on sale ? Another item could be wrong size etc..so I am not ordering anything. I can't wear them as they are too small and look terrible. The last email I received today May 20th they still refuse a refund so I guess I am out $$. I won't even donate them to charity they are such garbage !!

Worst company ever. I ordered a pair of sneakers that were shown on Facebook in an advertisement and they looked amazing! When they arrived, they were a small little pair of plastic sneakers that you could hardly get your foot into. They were crap. They were advertised at $50 and that was 50% off. What a joke, Ad said money back within so many days. I’ve been trying to get my money back for a month or more now and then they continually deny me stating that they were on sale so I can’t get my money back. I have to buy another product which is bullshit. I’ve been writing back-and-forth with them for a month and they refuse! Don’t deal with them. Stupidest company I have ever dealt with. I’d like to take them down. Scam company! Contacting BBB! Everyone else needs to as well!

They didn't send me the boots value $49. This is a warning to all. Don't order anything from this company! I have been emailing them every few weeks for 6 months and they respond with "we are working to resolve it, thanks for your patience." I am beyond frustrated. Additionally the other 2 shoes I ordered came but are one star quality and fit too tight.

It's been a month and a half still haven't received my boots. I wish I read the reviews first I would not have ordered from this company .

Update: I received a deal but got something else instead.

I'm giving a three because I cannot get them to answer my email regarding a refund. The boots were cheaply made. Extremely light. They feel like house slippers and not boots for winter, not worth the price. Each email was returned undeliverable. I ordered a 37 and received a 38.

Been trying to get in touch but to no avail.

They came they were to small even though I ordered a size bigger for winter socks.They said they were leather they look like cheap vinyl.Then when I wanted a refund they said they don’t give refunds on sale items

The company dose not answer emails. The products are inferiour. My shoes showed up finally and they were to small the sizing was not right and there is no way to c9ntact them that they will get back to you .I'm out money and stuck with small shoes That are junk.

I wish I had read the other reviews first, I never would have ordered from this company. I thought the shoes would ship from Canada, but that was OK, I was patient. But when I got them I was actually horrified. An awful smell, I take a 37 but ordered a 38 for room for socks and they were too small, but the worst part was the cheap materials and shitty craftsmanship. They aren't worth $5, let alone the $50+ I paid. I won't ever wear them, I'd be too embarassed to be seen in public with them. Advertised as orthopedic shoes, but there was zero support and I'd be surprised if they lasted a week. ABSOLUTE JUNK.

Tried to give ZERO stars but could not. I received my order and I don't like their product. Customer service refuses to communicate how to return their product. Do not order anything from this company. Their lack of communication is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I guess this was a $69 learning experience - lesson learned.

No boots, no updates, no refund ordered boots before postal strike and last email was "enroute". Now Dec 22 and still no update, no boots no refund.
Update- I eventually received my boots first week of January.

I ordered a pair of boots over a month ago. Still not received to date. All three enquiries I made into the reason for the delay, have been answered with the same " will look into it". I have now asked for a refund but await an answer.
My experience with this company, that it's only means of communication is an email address, has been one of dissatisfaction, frustration, and stressful, to say the least.

I ordered two pairs of boots from this company on Oct 31, 2024. They advertise fast service. Thinking this company was going to ship from Canada I thought I would receive the boots with in two weeks. Well I was wrong. They were shipped from China. Now we have a mail strike and the boots are sitting in Ottawa. I am very disappointed with all of this. I will never order from this company again. When asked if I could get a refund I was told no that the boots were sale price. So disappointed.

I ordered a pair of boots from this company. They were too small plus the material was so cheap. I tried to return them band they said that I could because they were on sale. They were not and I sent them the original receipt with a picture. They got back to me and said they were working on it. This has been a month ago which is now past the time for a refund. They are a terrible company to deal with. Put the extra into your shoes and buy quality. Your feet deserve it

The footwear is definitely not worth the price. They're junky plastic and they are not true to size.

Scam. Items not received but was charged.

I only checked off 1star because there was not a zero. This company is a scam. I cancelled my order within minutes of making it and according to their policy I am able to receive a refund within 1-5 business days. They told me to order something else and this time they would have to charge me shipping even though the original order was free. They are outright lying. I put comments on their facebook about them scamming people so they blocked me. They just try to wear you down so you give up asking for your money back. They have committed fraud. And I’m sure they are not based in Canada. This is a foreign operation
