Bought the bot a while back, never made any profit from it. I understand that customer service must have a lot of ppl DM him constantly but whenever he answered, he would reply a few words only. I’m not saying don’t buy the bot, but if you do just be cautious with it and try on demo first for a month. This company could triple their sales if they wanted to only by them doing the setup for the clients and leaving it running. All they have to do is to be straight with customers, if they do that, the company would only skyrocket.

I wouldn’t thought I have actually find a EA that can actually print money but when I say this EA prints money the receipts of the gold preset literally prints money. The account balance started at 100k went in drawdown 20k then finished at 257 365.00 and peaked at 480,000. This EA just printed a quarter million dollars and can’t wait to start using this on my funded accounts and then personal when I start making money. And then it was with 50ms and then retested to make sure I saw what I saw and gave me the same result twice I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in buying this EA. If they were good with responding faster they would be better but performance with the EA it’s a 5 star 100%

Bought a pip club profit max EA believing in their advertisement and they were not professional and rude to me. Used vulgarity against me. I advice everyone to stay away from this company as they don't provide PDF with proper setting and how the EA works leaving you clueless. They give one word answer and scold you if you ask more. They even threatened to block me. They are just scammers and stay away. I wasted my money buying their ea and have no idea how to use it. I ran on e8 trial with their present and it failed with one single trade hitting max daily loss.

I recently (June 2nd) purchased PIP Club Bot while on sale, I got the 1 year all access pass, it was very easy to install and use. However, after installing the set files, I found that they did not work as advertised. I tried to contact customer service through WhatsApp and email, but I did not receive a response for several days. When I finally did get a response, it was only one or two word replies. I asked multiple times for a .pdf or something like that to explain the settings, but I still have not received anything.

Despite the poor customer service, I will rate PIP Club Bot 2 stars because it does work. However, it needs a lot of tweaking in order to work with multiple account sizes, and demo accounts. I would not recommend this product to others unless they are willing to put in the time and effort to make it work since you will not get any help from the customer service.

I recently started using Pip Club and it has been quite decent! Was able to get this on sale, and although it's made back the initial costs, it hasn't been the easiest of processes overall setting up.

This bot does what it says, making consistent trades at the right places, whilst executing trades without the need to be looking at the computer all day. Hedging profits in, certainly reduces risks in the long term.

Has saved me a ton of time & stress, allowing me to focus on other aspects of my trading.

Although the bot is intuitive, there is a learning curve, and recommend on a demo account for a few weeks (not days) first, allowing for tweaking of the pairs, the trading times, and getting your head around the accompanying .set files.

Getting 4 stars as getting a response from developer around any issues seems to be the sticking point. Reached out on numerous occasions to get help at the start, but took a few days to get any response back.

Would recommended for anyone looking to optimize their automatic trading results!

Probably the best customer service Ive dealt with, and an over all amazing product

I bought the Yearly Access of the bot on 05/19/23 with hope and enthusiasm. I saw the results of consistent gains and great return starting will small capital. I had trouble installing the bot and I messaged the creator of the bot on Instagram. He did respond, BUT took him more than a day. It seems as if he is trying to ignore or I'm not worth his time.

I downloaded the presets yesterday from Telegram and was only able to trade XAUUSD, but not US30 and NAS100. Now his signals have been great with a 70%+ winning ratio and that alone has paid for my subscription. I just want him to be more RESPONSIVE and SUPPORTIVE to my request.
