I placed an order mid-Nov 2024. My credit card was charged same day the order was placed. There was NO communication about delivery status. After waiting 6 weeks, I attempted to reach the customer service via email. Never received a response. I called a number that was listed and unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. Eventually I did received an email from "Amy" who is less than professional. Given that I had never received the product ordered, I requested to cancel the order and requested a refund. They would not refund my account and instead said they would send the product again.
Long story short....this place is a total scam! I disputed the charge with my credit card. Still waiting to hear the outcome. The company also goes by several names which adds to the frustration while attempting to reach customer service. The products are cheap pastic crap from China. Save yourself a big headache and stay FAR AWAY!

One star is the lowest review possible. This Company should receive 0 stars! They are a fraud! They cannot be reached by phone. They will answer emails but only offer support. They will not give you any information on how to return their faulty, substandard products!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

This company (also going by Apexcar.com) is not to be trusted at all. They sell their cheaply made products on Facebook and social media platforms, which come directly from China.

These products are horrible quality, they don't send any order confirmation so it's difficult to track, and they refuse any type of refund.

Also, you can see they only have 1 star reviews so I don't know how Trustpilot.com gives them a 2.9 rating. They are clearly not a legitimate business so stay far away.

I will update this review if they agree to give me my money back. If they don't, I'll keep it exactly as it is so that people know how much of a scam this place is.

WARNING BEWARE: This company is a scam. They operate with Reciclar Factory. The goods are made in China and are really bad quality. They do not honor returns.

I ordered a wireless car vacuum cleaner. After waiting more than a month one fine day they send me a mail that it was delivered on my porch. I went immediately outside and there was nothing there. Then I went to my neighbor's and none of them seen or received anything by mistake. I contacted the USPS and they said it is sham delivery as the shipping description shows it is 4 oz. and no way for the product description of a handheld vacuum cleaner could be 4 oz. of size. The delivery was never made to my house even though their process shows so.
No I am at a loss $34 and no product in my hand while they have my money.
I just want my money back.
