Searched numerous sites for my goods and whilst there was some sites that offered different brands and in some case cheaper prices I’m so glad I went with Best Grocery. I will certainly be ordering again

Very fast dispatch, I was really surprised at how fast it came. The glass products were packaged very safely in bubble wrap and arrived intact. Perishable goods also packed very well and were still cold on arrival. They offer high quality products with a good selection of different products and varieties. Very reasonable prices as well compared to other similar stores. Highly recommend this store for all your Turkish goods :) I certainly will be back for more in the near future.

I used to love BestGrocery as they have fast shipping and a good range of products. However, it is very easy to give 5 stars unless you are facing a problem and you receive no help from them.

Our parcel was delivered to the wrong building by DHL and we tried to contact with BestGrocery regarding this issue. They said ''Driver advised delivered to the correct address, was a Chinese gent who opened the door, and upon returning no answer and the dog barking inside.'' which was very surprising as neither my husband nor I am Asian and we do not have a dog so clearly, they delivered the parcel to the WRONG address. The concierge found the parcel in the WRONG building and we took the parcel from them which was ripped and smashed by the people they delivered. We do not know for how long the food was out. Obviously, it wasn't refrigerated so we are not sure if they were edible or not either.

I tried to reach BestGrocery regarding this issue and sent them multiple emails, but they never replied back. and that is the reason why they just lost a customer.

Everything arrived nicely packed and fresh. I’m very happy with all the products. I particularly enjoyed the pastry sheets which were very fresh.

The delivery was quick. I am quite happy with their service.

Faultless service! I placed an online order on 31.1.23 and it was delivered to Scotland the next morning 1.2.23. I ordered ordered frozen and fresh items and they arrived with ice packs in the box so the food was kept at the correct temperature. I also received a free gift with my order which was an unexpected surprise. I will be placing an other order shortly. 10/10

I have been using Best Grocery since 2020. Products are always delivered with care. Never had a problem. They even send some free biscuits etc. sometimes. I live in UK and always received the order the next working day. The website is very easy to use and there is a variety of products. Would recommend.
