I ordered three electric column…
I ordered three electric column radiators (glycol filled) from Best Heating. They arrived and one of the radiators almost fell out of a dripping wet box which had damaged/leaking written on it. I opened the box and found that the radiator had leaked around 3/4 of its contents. It wasn’t obvious where from. All blanking nuts were done up tightly.
I got it all over my hands and they got a little red and stingy. (This is where the bad stuff ends).
I contacted customer service with emailed photos of the issue with the radiator.
Within 24hrs Erin responded apologising for my experience and assuring me that the glycol they use shouldn’t cause any lasting harm with washing advice. She took ownership of the issue without having me repeat or go over things. She didn’t palm me off to their courier like most other firms do. She owned it from day one explaining that they were going to send me a replacement and kept me updated as to the progress of despatch, customs clearance and delivery. I must remark that this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in the last 2 decades and that Erin is a real credit to a company who honestly value their customers. Doing what they say and when things don’t go to plan they pick up the problem and deal with it from cradle to grave. I cannot say enough good things about Best Heating and Erin.
I wish more companies would take a leaf out of their book. 👏

When my electrician came he was able to fix one of my heaters, I had bought 2 to be replaced. I contacted bestheating and they arranged collection and refund for the heater that was no longer needed. A fantastic service and great customer support. Highly recommend.
