I was told by the kennel that I bought my dog from that your collars and harnesses were the best. My boy Bruce got the Batman set (collar, harness and leash) and the haunted set (collar, harness and leash. Not only do they look amazing but Bruce is comfortable wearing them. I Like the product and material howevever the collar I ordered was either not put together right and or damaged as the handle was bent out of shape. Also the item was delayed and took sone time to get delivered

I ordered a collar and it was too big, that’s my fault. That color come quick and easy and everything. But because of my mistake, I ordered a one size smaller collar and for some reason I still haven’t got it.

Very bad communication using 3 different emails for communication during conversations is not realistic. I ask to explain a personalization tax that I needed to add on in one email. I was told in another email that someone already told me. I filled out the shipping address for my order and they waisted 7 days for confirmation because my billing address was different so I did not receive my dog collar in time for Christmas. I paid for express shipping 2 to 4 days and it’s going on 10 days.
