This is a fraudulent company that advertises itself as a local Dutch company. In actuality, it is based in China. Shipping time was around 2/3 weeks at minimum, and when attempting to return a purchase, you have to pay an incredible amount to ship your purchase back to China, and they will not give you a refund. Karma has a way of working itself out, so I can't wait till it gets them.
Such a fraudulent company! They position themselves as a company which sells good quality clothing, with a fast delivery policy. First of all, my package was delayed for two weeks. Second, the quality of the clothes were terrible, one of the items was already damaged. I had to return the clothes to china, to which i had to cover the costs for, i didn't even receive a retourlabel. I have reached out multiple times to see what the status was of my refund but I never heard from the company again.
Sad to say, but this is the first time I have been a victim of a scam. No way to contact the store by phone or email. Phone - outdated, email address also. It is not a large amount, but I certainly will not leave it without taking legal action. I am waiting until the maximum of 14.06.2024 for contact from the store, otherwise my lawyer will deal with this procedure which I see has been going on for a long time. My order number: GF13436
As many already wrote, DON'T order here. You won't receive a refund if anything is not as wished for. I refused the package at the door, because is took waaay to long and therefore had to buy something else. This was almost a year ago, they're still replying in automated emails and aren't paying my refund.
I sent my order back in November 2023 and still did not receive a refund!

I bought clothes from here for 60€ and when I got it I got a wrong colour and AliExpress quality. When I returned the package, after 4 months, I still didn’t get my money back and theu don’t respondent to my e-mails . So a big scam, you will lose your money!!!!!

I tried to contact them to ask to send it to their so called address in Gouda, but it's a robot keeping you busy instead of answering. Don't buy here!

It's a scam, packages come from China and not from The Netherlands.
I was not able to pick my sweater up from the post office and it returned. I have been struggling to get my money back since October because they don't know where the package is 🙀
Horrible. Lost almost €50!! If I have known that it comes from 🇨🇳 I would have never buy it.

I really wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Really bad quality clothes, returns are impossible with having to send to China (at your cost and the return address sent doesn't even make sense or able to find on Google Maps.
Scammers.First I was waiting long for delivery. Sizes too small so I wanted to bring back my parcel, they asked to pay 20-25 USD for send it back to Hong Kong. There's no any information in online shop, just contact them by email.
From the very beginning things went wrong. Delivery late, in the wrong place en after that a lot of mails with kind nonsense and no solution… no jacket, payement for nothing. Frustrating!

My encounter with Bestie on the Move was a major letdown. They operate as a dropshipping company, which meant a painfully long wait for my order from China. When it finally arrived, the quality was shockingly bad, especially considering I paid €45 for it. The sequined item I expected was a cheap imitation of what was showcased on their site, and the sizing was way off.
The return costs are to be borne by the customer, and to my dismay, the return address is in China. This not only adds unnecessary expense but is a logistical nightmare compared to returning items domestically. The entire experience leaves me feeling misled and taken advantage of, especially considering the hefty price tag of 45 euros for an item that clearly does not reflect its value.
I am very dissatisfied with Bestie on the Move's service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth shopping experience.
everything is wrong. I payed 80 euros and its two sizes too small. The cut and quality of the outfit are awful. The material is scratchy not at all a super comfort leisure suit. I am so disapointed. It says I have 14 days to return. However I had to fill out a form then got a responce saying " we aim to respond in 24 hours" this is not a dutch comapny. Beware! do not order from here!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had placed an order 2 weeks ago and have not received any communication on when it is expected to be delivered. When you contact their customer service, they keep sending the exact same email no matter what your question. Definitely a shady website, disguised at a Dutch website but 100% sure they are based in China.
Also, isn't it weird that they have only responded to the good reviews (that i'm sure they're faking?) over here?

I copied this message because this is exact the problem!!! This webshop is indeed a total scam. I received 2 pairs of sets that look nothing like the pictures. Very thin fabric, lousy fit, too short, unwearable. And then the only possible return address appeared to be in China, which is not mentioned on the website. I would not have ordered anything in the first place if I had known that it came all the way from China. And the return costs to China are very high. So I feel deceived twice. If you try to communicate with the webshop about this you get the same chatbot answers again and again. Strong advice: DO NOT ORDER HERE!
