Ordered a taxi for tuesday morning with a babyseat. I called saturday and they accepted it.
Monday evening I got a message from them saying they cannot. (just 5h before my trip)
Very unprofessional.

They just didn't show up. The ride was confirmed in the app, I got the confirmation that a driver was on his way, and then suddenly I received a text message that they couldn't make because they did not have a baby seat and we had too much luggage.

They just don't care that you have to catch the plane and you're in the middle of nowhere with a baby.

This might be the worst taxi service in Tromsø! We booked a cab to the airport but never received a confirmation via email or phone. When we tried contacting them, the IVR system was entirely in the local language with no option for English. To make matters worse, the taxi driver never reached out or showed up.
The only positive is that they don’t charge you when booking through the app.

Avoid using Norgestaxi if you want to save yourself unnecessary travel stress.

WARNING ⚠️ a taxi driver tied to scam myself and my partner. We arrived at the airport and got in a taxi waiting at the taxi rank. We showed the driver the address and he said he knew where to go. He then began to drive the car and told us it was a set price of 700 in Norwegian currency, which is £50 in sterling. We immediately knew this was not correct as we were only going 20 minutes up the road. My partner asked him to pull over and he did at a bus stop. My partner pulled the luggage we had from the boot over the back seat but during this time the driver began to drive again and said we had to pay for the cost the drive had taken so far, which by that point was no more than 5 minutes. My partner gave him some money to get him to stop so we could get out safely. The whole experience was very scary and upsetting! We walked to the tram and able to do our journey that way, which is what I'd recommended to anyone driving. Or check the taxi driver before you get in. The taxi drivers number was VE-2149. We were traveling on the 12th August 2024. We tried to call the company but their number doesn't work anymore.

This company can’t be trusted. Left a family with small children stranded in the middle of the night - suddenly cancelled a reservation without reason. Avoid!!

Preordered taxi day before. Taxi never came.

I have preodered with them the night before but the car didn’t come. I called kundeservice and was told that there is no car available:)))) never again!!😡😡😡

I pre ordered a taxi the night before and informed them that i’d bring a small dog. The taxi was scheduled to arrive at 07.20. At 07.17 i got a text message saying that they didn’t find any available cars for me and they might show up late. I needed to catch a train, so i was in a hurry and called them right away. They couldn’t give me many answers. The only thing they told me was that there was not many cars available right now and they were working hard to find one for me. Apparently the problem was that nobody wanted to drive with my little dog (which i had told them about before ordering the taxi). They told me they couldn’t give me an estimate of when the taxi would show up and recommended me to head to the bus just in case i didn’t make my train. I hung up and ordered a taxi from another company. They showed up immediately and gave the best service! Oslo Taxi is 1000 times better!
