Sarah and the team at Best Lending are truly the best!!!

We build ground up (Spec) houses and work with Best Lending for financial support. They are by far the best lender that we have worked with. We feel they are partners to our business. We really appreciate what they do for us!

Best Lending Co was amazing to work with. I was working with another lender who was dragging their feet, changing requirements, and eventually decided not to move forward. Best lending Co started working with me immediately and got the deal closed very quickly and with clear communication about requirements.

By far one the best lenders I’ve ever worked with. Their time and communication has always been efficient. Best Lending makes sure you fully understand the products that they offer and tell you all your costs prior to closing (no hidden fees). They make the process of getting a loan very easy and efficient.

I've been incredibly pleased with my experience with BEST Lending thus far. I've refinanced a rental with them
and have recently closed on two fix and flip loans with them. What has been amazing is their communication
and desire to help/get you to where you want to go. Their team has been in the business for some time so
they're familiar with how these deals need to look, they can make loan decisions incredibly quickly, and can also
close very quickly (just completed a 10 day close with them with no issues). The team is available when you need
them and will make sure know what needs to happen throughout all phases of the process. Their rates and
terms are very competitive as well. I'll be using them again - and again!
