Very fast delivery via DHL, ordered on Monday and delivered by Thursday! Quick response to my online enquiry, all in all a very pleasant experience.
My purchase was a Oppo N5 for business/personal use and the phone's a beast, great battery life with 10-12 hours of screen on usage per charge. It was sent from HK and very well wrapped with a bundled AU adapter, and the pricing was the lowest online.

Updated 14 Jul. I received an email from the shop apologising the communication issue about the stock and was offered to express post the mobile since the stock is now in Australia. I reordered and received the phone 2 days later.

Original post - I placed an phone order on Monday 30th June, in particular I was concerning the legitimacy of this business and the stock availability. So I call before I made the order and was told the stock is available and will dispatched within 2 business day. 4 days later there is no updates and the order has not dispatched. I have chased many times with the business, although they have answered my call, however they can not provide any details of shipment, and I was told they are unable to get in touch with their shipping team in HK. This is a red flag for me, and they finally refunded the order upon my demand. This is a terrible experience, wasted my time.

Didn't realise it came from Hong Kong though, Victoria Australia address.
But all is well.

Very quick. Ordered my oppo find n5 on Thursday and i was promised that i will get it on next week Tuesday but got on Monday one day earlier.

Placed an order for an Oppo Find N5 on April 9th. Followed up a few days later to find out when the phone would ship and they confirmed it was shipping on the 14th. It did ship on the 14th advised and was delivered on the 16th. Tracking information was emailed to me as soon as the phone shipped (via DHL), so I knew exactly when the phone was going to arrive. Packaging was excellent with plenty of bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit. They also included an Australian converter for the AC adapter which was a nice touch (the phone shipped from Hong Kong). Great service & prompt delivery - can't ask for much more than that. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Ordering was smooth, and order delivered within 3 days from the date of order.

Important Note for Australian Buyers:

We purchased the Blackview BL9000 Pro – Dual SIM Global Version, and it is not fully compatible with many Australian mobile networks. While it supports several 4G and 5G frequency bands used locally, it lacks carrier certification from major networks such as Optus, ALDI Mobile, and some Telstra MVNOs.

The main issue is VoLTE (Voice over LTE) compatibility. Since Australia’s 3G networks have shut down, phones must support VoLTE to make calls—including emergency calls. Without it, phones like this one may not work for calling at all, even if mobile data works.

In my case, the BL9000 Pro didn’t work on Optus or ALDI Mobile, rendering it effectively unusable for voice communication. Unless you're using a very specific Telstra service where this model has been tested and confirmed to work, it is not fit for use in Australia.

This information was not disclosed at the time of purchase and the phone continues to be available despite concerns. I strongly urge others to check VoLTE support and carrier certification before purchasing any global or imported phone in Australia.

Although I received a refund over a month later and with about 8 follow up’s, and failed promises, they are yet to provide postage costs as promised in writing. Not to mention the fact I paid expressed post, but it was not sent express for over a week after purchase and that was only because I made follow up call asking if it’s been sent, which it hadn’t. I didn’t receive it for about 2-3 weeks.

This is ethically unacceptable – customers shouldn't have to chase refunds:
It should never be the customer’s responsibility to relentlessly pursue a refund for a product that was not fit for purpose.

I m reviewing this company after couple of orders done with them. I had some trouble on my first order and they were able to fix it as soon as possible and proceed to the best customer service! I'm actually very surprised of how reactive they are. One of the best place to purchase your phone. I ordered a Xiaomi phone from them because it's very hard to get here in Australia. I ordered on Monday 07/04, arrived on this Friday 11/04. I have to say it's pretty quick for this kind of phone that you cannot purchase from big company around here. Very happy with their services and will recommend to anyone, especially if you want to buy an "exotic" phone 😉

Purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in Aug 2024, which was NOT compatible with the Australian network when they went from 3G to 4G in Oct 2024.
Emails after emails, calls after calls NO result! Told me to send the phone back with no guarantee that a replacement would be sent back.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company!!!

We notified BM(your company) of our problem Nov 7, shortly after Australia went to 4G. We sent emails and made calls without success to deal with the situation.

Ordered the Oppo Find N5 Global. Firstly, this is the best android device I have ever experienced. Don't think I'll ever go back to Samsung or Google.
