This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Needed to go through my bank to eventually fight the charge. I submitted an order in early December in a buy 4 get 2 free deal - I reached out after a few weeks asking for a status and they said that technically I needed to purchase 6 (purchase 6 for price of 4). It was a technicality, but I thought it was a simple fix - I asked them to refund me and send me a new payment link, but they’ve responded with the same response several times over the past month. In the meantime, they charged my credit card for $124 and have now fully stopped responding and we are now 7 weeks after purchase.

DO NOT BUY A FRAME FROM THEM

Ordered canvas and a frame. Frame was wrong size, and warped. Wrote company 3 times, no response, had to issue a dispute with my CC co. DO NOT BUY A FRAME FROM THIS COMPANY. Atrocious customer service.

Really is the BEST!

I have finished 3 paintings and am almost done with the 4th. The paintings are beautiful and really do look like the actual picture. I had issues with one painting but was impressed when the company sent me another one! So excited to get started on it.

I would give it less than one star if…

I would give it less than one star if possible. The customer service is non existent. When / if you get a reply, it is not responding to your inquiry. My order began a month before my complaint, and I've received nothing. Asked continuously for the order status with no response. Finally asked for a refund and was sent a shipping notice only to find it was being done in CHINA. HAD I KNOWN I WAS ORDERING FROM CHINA, THE ORDER WOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN PLACED. The initial offer was buy 2 get one free. I sent 3 photos. They emailed asking for more money from the start. Never again.

I am looking for transparent comminication. It seems many folks are indicating they are charged immediately but what follows is a lack of communication leaving g customers to wonder if this service is legit. I assume the best in people but would really appreciate an update

I ordered my kits November 9

I ordered my kits November 9, 2024, as Christmas gifts. On December 9, I had not received my order and contacted the company. They said I had an error with the order,so I corrected it and informed Best paint by Number of the update. They confirmed this. Since then, all I get is an automated response. Tomorrow is our Christmas exchange and I have no gifts, no indication of when or if I will ever receive this order, and I am currently out $84. Disappointed, ripped off, scammed? I just want communication. I tried the phone number and only received recorded messages. I guess I won't recommend this company and plan to start legal action if I don't hear from them, receive a full refund,or receive my product-preferably with a partial discount. I thought ordering at the beginning of November was enough lead time.

If I could rate this zero

If I could rate this zero, I definitely would I am beyond frustrated. I only order from places with the best reviews which this place had, and I’m very confused by it because I ordered a custom Paint by number as a Christmas gift and I ordered it on October 18, which would’ve been plenty of time. I emailed them Probably two weeks after the order as I never received anything about shipping or whatever I kept getting a response about sorry our system is down. Sorry our printers are down. It’s gonna take 10 business days to respond because we’re busy. I spoke with someone named Chris twice. And still now it’s December 22 and I still have not received not one email since then they keep sending emails about choosing which photos. Which you should have put my first photo and started that and then asked if I was sure if I wanted the second one but no you didn’t even start it then I requested a refund since I never received this they said sorry we don’t refund since you didn’t respond to our emails which I had responded multiple occasions sent thousands of emails. This is the worst Experience, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Where’s my painting

BPN offered a buy 2 get one 1 free in May. I placed my order May 25, 2024. It was confirmed by #151575. I was charged $139.98, since it was a Memorial Day special they discounted me $28.99, therefore I paid $115.94. It’s been 7 YES 7 freaking months. I have made multiple attempts to reach Chris at best paint by number. com. My ticket #99836 to #100725 to address my issue, where’s my painting? When will I receive it ? do you know how many responses I’ve received? That’s right, not one FREAKING response. Is anyone going to address my issue.

Shipped from China. Takes forever to recieve. I do not recommend. Their website is very deceptive because they have a New York phone number and New York address. You won't know it's from China until you get tracking.

Very unprofessional company. HARD NO!!!

Ordered on 9/9/24. It is 11/5 and NO order or correspondence. I've sent several emails and they all respond with an automated response. The phone number that is listed is a recorded response that tells you to send an email. No matter what number you click on the response they all send you to an email and then no response. It's truly disappointing. Craftoria is a better choice. You get a personalized paint by number in 2 weeks. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau since I cannot get a refund.

You're absolutely right - our support has been below standard and we're sorry. Let us explain what happened: We recently faced technical issues with our email system that created a significant backlog. We're working through this backlog now and have fixed the underlying problem.

While we can't offer live phone support during peak times (we'd need 20+ people to handle the volume!), our phone messages includes answers to common questions.

The automatic email response mentions that you can reach us on social media (Instagram/Facebook) where we're actively responding within 24 hours.
Please DM us your order number on any of our social channels and we'll help you immediately. We know this doesn't excuse the delay, but we're committed to making it right.

EDIT: We've just located your order in our system and noticed you uploaded multiple photos for your kits. We sent you an email requesting you to select which photos you'd like us to use. Once you respond to that email, we can proceed with your order right away. If you can't find the email, please DM us and we'll resend it immediately.

Paint numbers don't correspond to canvas numbers

I received my kit but all of the paints are 3 and 4 digit numbers that do not correspond with any of the numbers on the canvas. Perhaps there is a conversion chart that was suppose to come with it? I’ve reached out on messenger, left a comment on FB, sent 2 emails but have had no response. This was suppose to be a holiday gift for my husband but I’m not able to create the piece. Poor communication from this company.

In addition, I’ve received your response saying you’ve reached out to me but there is no DM on FB from you. My initial message included a picture of what I’m taking about. Please check your email as well. There are two from me. If I could leave a picture here I would.
