Fantastic results. You send in a photo and it arrives on a great quality canvas, with everything you need, paints and brushes. The outcome will blow you away and I have given the finished piece as a gift and was told it was the best gift they have ever received. Customer service is top notch too. I ordered a painting kit of a photo of my beloved dog. I put my old guy down last year and miss him terribly. The kit is very complete; everything I need to make a portrait of my old fellow. Delivery is prompt, the kit is orderly and complete, and I am very happy with my purchase. This is a wonderful way to enjoy a favorite photo, as well as have a creative experience.

Yeah shipping time is a deal breaker for me. I could not expect that it would take forever to receive it in the USA. There are many-many other companies that deliver similar paintings in the USA within a week. Very disappointed.

Placed an order on December 8th, 2023 as a Christmas gift. Today is Christmas Eve and still have not received it. Horrible customer service. Also, there products are produced and shipped from China.

Ordered a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They just need to post on their website that they are shipping from China and it will take more than a month. Shipping updates say its taken weeks to get across the United States, which is clearly not true. I would not purchase from them again.

I was nervous after I placed an order and saw mixed reviews. Shipping took a couple weeks because it’s international but the product was great and arrived as described. Don’t be afraid to purchase from this company.

Shipping takes a week plus 14-19 BUSINESS DAYS. That’s 33 days. I didn’t realize this package was being shipped from China and then waiting for customs clearance. Maybe better to order if already in China, but for others- pick a different company if you want your package delivered in less than a month

I placed my order the first week of December, they took my money and I got a confirmation. Never heard anything, 2 weeks go by and I email them and they say one of the photos didn’t work. Not sure why nobody contacted me the day I placed the order??? They have not refunded me, have sent nothing and no my child’s big gift won’t be here for Christmas. Can’t even get them to email me back anymore. They just said they sent it to someone else and they’d reach out to help me. I asked if they could just send the two that did work and they’ve gone silent. I’m heartbroken. I just wanted this for my child for Christmas. The reviews were so good and I’d heard good things. I understand it’s December and busy but if you are going to respond twice and then ghost me. Just fix the problem in the first two emails. Now it’s too close to get it shipped on time. I just want my money back

The company responded saying they’d reach out and fix this and STILL have NOT. Now I am fighting with PayPal to get my money back.

I took a photo of my cat and sent it in for a 36 color paint by number. My picture turned out so spectacular that I am in awe of myself. My photo and my painting. I’m so pleased, I just ordered my second painting kit. I love this company and they service they offer

I truly enjoyed painting this picture. It’s meticulous but so worth it! The finished product looks amazing! I found that painting relaxed me so much that hours would pass without even realizing it.

Each painting I complete feels like a personal masterpiece. And their team is always so helpful and kind. Will be a long-time customer for sure!

I love paint by numbers! It is very accurate, the colors are exact it has on the picture that I have sent, the final product when I’m done looks like professional, did it. I’ve got so many compliments on my finish pictures that I feel like the real painter. There is a little tutorial on their site that helps with the painting and those little tips really helped. It is very therapeutic and this is going to be mine forever therapy.

Using Best Paint By Numbers was so much fun! My painting turned out fantastic. It was perfect for my son's birthday. I've enjoyed it so much I have ordered two more kits. Since I painted a picture of Leika, my son's cat I have to paint pictures of all my kids animals. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a personalized Christmas gift, either to paint yourself or for the recipient to paint themselves.

I was nervous to order from them but let me tell you. They will not disappoint. I love the way it looked before and after. I will continue to order from them. I just received my second paint by number. It took longer than they expected. But there’s more detailing in it. I would love if the company could keep up with what you have ordered incase a person would like to order another one. I recommend them very much.

My painting came out so beautiful. My husband in the pic had just recently passed away and this is one of my favorite memories of him.
Painting was so easy. Great canvas, paint and the numbers were easily covered.
Any questions I had were quickly answered. Communication was very good and extremely helpful. I have completed 10 from this company as Christmas gifts and they were loved by all who received them.

I’ve changed my review from a 1 to a 3 as initially I was very unhappy with the 4 custom prints I had received. It took a lot of back and forward emailing (almost 2 months) before I received the amended prints. I am happy with the amended prints but don’t feel I can give a 5 star because of the fight and persistence required at my end to get the issue resolved. I do appreciate the company eventually getting the issue resolved and hope in the future if an issue like this arises that they are able to resolve it in a timely manner.

I couldn't believe how fantastic my painting turned out. Great quality canvas and paints. They had taken a photo and reproduced an art piece which brilliantly captured every single detail. I have ordered 2 more and can't wait to get started. Best Paint By Numbers ever. Thank you
