I once have a problem with the payment that bank transaction done and their website said cancelled. They immediately recreated the order and start the shipment ASAP.

Paid €169.56 for an oral b electric toothbrush box
Paid €150.80 for an oral b electric toothbrush plus €18.70 for delivery from DHL to receive an empty box of the toothbrush I ordered, still waiting on there customer service to supposedly investigate not sure do because they haven’t bothered replying to me, so I’ve had to take the route of opening a dispute with PayPal, for a little extra I could have gotten the same product on Amazon which is why I’ll never use this site again, Amazon all the way!! Avoid this site unless you want expensive empty boxes.

We are sure that you understand that we had to investigate this incident, since we have shipped hundreds of similar electric toothbrushes in many locations and this was the only time we came across such an incident. So, since this is an expensive item that has been shipped in a sealed box directly from our supplier, we had to investigate if we were dealing with illegal activity (e.g. fraud or theft), in any stage of the shipping process. I bought a top of the range Oral-B IO Series 9 toothbrush from BestPharmacy.gr. What caught my eye was that they were significantly cheaper than anywhere else online, even Amazon's Black Friday specials.
The package arrived today. It was beautifully packed, in a solid box with tight bubble wrapping. Not alone did I get what I ordered but lots of samples of other products as well.
The toothbrush was brand new, in a sealed box, it's absolutely original . It shipped to Ireland from Crete within 7 days.
I found the company very friendly to deal with, and I will certainly be purchasing again based off my great experience. 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

During this period of 2 weeks we had a clear notice at the top of our website on all pages, noting that for all orders placed we would only be sending the immediately available items and the rest would be automatically removed and refunded. There was also a term for this special condition that was accepted at the checkout. We apologize again for the inconvenience of not sending all the items in your order, however they were not immediately available and due to our warehouse relocation we had to refund them. Unreliable website and long delivery times
I’ve ordered from BestPharmacy.gr to Cyprus with DHL before (paying close to 20 EUR per delivery), and delivery always takes at least a week – not acceptable since shipping itself takes only one day. A day after my last purchase (with DHL delivery again) I received an email from BestPharmacy.gr saying “We would like to inform you that the … is temporarily out of stock and we will receive it next week. We will ship your order on the same day when we receive the products” – at the same time, the product in question is still shown as available on the BestPharmacy.gr website. I can’t imagine how a store can delay an order for weeks due to their own negligence instead of offering partial shipment or another reasonable solution!

My order was delivered, but the letter carrier did not give me any information about who he had left it with. I asked neighbors, the next package station ...with no result. The customer service investigated for me and found out very quickly the name of the neighbor where the package was.
