Broke more than they repaired
While fixing an on/off handle in my sprinkler system they broke the pipe attached to the new handle. Them wanted to charge me $800 to get that pipe fixed. The original work was less than half that price.

The new part was faulty - I was really disappointed
Well, it worked fine the first winter after installation of the thermostat. My complaint is that. While it took me 2 years to pay off my bill (which I really appreciate), the new thermostat only worked for the first winter after installation, so this past (second year) winter I froze until I could save enough money to buy a room-size stand-a-lone space heater to heat my room.

Fast Response
I got a fast and courteous response to my problem even considering the terrible weather. The repair was made quickly, and accurately and the service techs were very courteous and neat. No mess left behind.
