We recently booked a Lan Ha Bay cruise through BestPrice Travel and it was an incredible experience. The boat was one of the newest and most modern in the bay, which really stood out compared to others. We stayed in an upgraded room and it was fantastic—spacious, clean, and with a great bathtub.

I want to give a special shout-out to Mia Nguyen BESTPRICE. We had a minor complication with our transfer from Ninh Binh (the bus company had a timing mix-up), but Mia handled it like a pro. She managed everything quickly and made sure we reached the boat on time, which saved our trip!

The activities were lovely, especially the rowing boat to see the monkeys and the morning Tai Chi. The food was good, and the guides on the boat were friendly and spoke great English. If you are looking for a reliable agency, ask for Mia!

From our initial contact with the Bestprice Travel representatives Hang Moon and throughout our 3 week trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand everything was great. Transportation, tours, hotels and food were all enjoyable. We highly recommend Bestprice Travel if you are planning a trip to this region.

Great experience of private tour for my husband and me in Cambodia for 10 days thanks to Best Price Travel & Hang (Moon)! Hang was professional, honest and provided us with a hassle-free travel.

The whole tour was personalised for our preferences and wishes, with Hang's expert advice. From the moment we stepped foot in Siem Reap (where the tour began) until we were taken to the airport in Phnom Penh, we had no worries, the tour ran really smoothly.

The tour guides spoke good English, were very knowledgeable, polite and fun, kept a pace matching us, and they asked for our preferences regarding lunch, timings, etc. The organisation was perfectly timed: as soon as we left a place, the driver was outside to take us to the next location.

There was still plenty of time for us to explore the cities on our own, and the tour guides had great tips for us on what to do, where to go, how to get a real taste of Cambodia.

The hotels were well chosen, all had breakfast, and breakfast was always great. The locations of the hotels were central. The cars were spacious and comfortable, and the drivers drove well and carefully.

Hang was in contact with us via WhatsApp the whole time, updating us when needed, solving any issues, even from a distance.

My next trip to Southeast Asia will be via Best Price with Hang, and I've recommended them to all my friends. Thanks!

Best Price Travel and Mekong Princess cruise 8 day cruise was absolutely fabulous. A highlight of my travels. I highly recommend both to all of my friends. It was wonderful. Staff was wonderful. The boat was wonderful. The excursions were wonderful. The whole thing was top notch. Also Anna at Best Price Travel was helpful in getting last minute visa corrections made so we could enter Vietnam.

We just finished our 7 day tour of Vietnam and I can’t rate it high enough, it was amazing. Hang had everything organised, selected brilliant tours to give us a taste of the cities and it was seamless, from tours to private transport and flights.

When we let her know that our flight in was delayed she rearranged things so that we could still be picked up and not miss our city tour. Her communication was always very clear and super responsive.

Our 19 day tour organised by Mia was a great introduction into the history and culture of Vietnam. We usually plan our trips, but this time is was great not to have to think! Everything worked to Mia's plan and she was accommodating for small changes we wanted to make. We would use Best Price Travel again if we return.

Contacted BestPrice Travel at short notice as our previously planned cruise was cancelled by operator. Rosie Nguyen was terrific in communicating with me and organising this trip. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the cruise stay. We were looked after brilliantly and this was an experience of a lifetime.

Only recommendation I would have is that our pick up from Hanoi at 8am was slightly stressful. We had arrived at the meeting point on time for the bus pick up but driver was not there and no other guests were being picked up from this location either. Tried to call/message BestPrice Travel on WhatsApp but no answer. Driver did not have WhatsApp so we were worried if he was arriving or not. Thankfully he did show and had been stuck in traffic but would be ideal to meet a representative from the tour company to ensure that we had reached the correct pick up location and reassure that bus driver was en route to save this stress.

Janet planned our trip through Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand perfectly. We experienced history, traditions, and culture, as well as stunning landscapes, delicious local food, and friendly people. Janet took great car of us throughout our trip. We always knew exactly what to expect the next day, and the local guides were waiting for us early and greeted us with a smile. On board everything was luxurious, and the service was outstanding - especially from Bang and Tim. The views were breathtaking, the rooms unbelievably beautiful and the itinerary was really well planned. Would thoroughly recommend.

Hang Moon of Best priced travel arranged a Vietnam/Cambodia trip for me. It was almost a month long and I travelled north to south seeing the sights and stayed on Phu Quoc island then went to Cambodia.

Great trip! We did the 10 day Essential Vietnam tour. It was well organized and good itinerary; allowing you to do as much or as little as you'e like. Everything was punctual which I appreciate. Rosie Nhung did a very good job for us. She was very responsive before and during the trip, and addressed all my concerns. All the drivers and guides were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated the contact the night prior excursion to confirm. The hotels were all in very good locations. The tours were in small group, some ended up as private which were great . Everything was done well. I would highly recommend BestPrice Travel.

We heard about this type of tour from friends and we made inquiries with another company, but their price was crazy high!!

We did the three week Indochina tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand and it was AMAZING! We felt spoiled..getting off a plane and having a driver pick you up and take you to your hotel. This was one of the top perks!
The tours offered were very good and we did partake in a couple of extra ones. All our drivers and guides were very good and you could see the passion they had for their city when doing the tours.
