I have been contacted by my bank reg a suspicious payment been made since nov 2023 to bestprogift of £7.81 I have not signed up for a subscription of any description and I want this money returned before I pass this over to the authorities you are just a bunch of thieves stealing from a pensioner the media will love this .

Write this asked by bestprofit in order to give me my money back as I didn't sign for any membership just answer some questions from Sephora. Also they will send a present just paying for the delivery, still didn't get it. I have confidence bestprofit stuff make the best in order to solve this as they have said.

I didn’t realise I was signing up for membership. I believed I was receiving a gift for filling in a Toolstation survey and only paying for delivery. Please be aware of underhand tactics
