A great buy over all
Keeping in mind this is the first sex toy I have ever bought. She looks and feels real to the touch after a good powder. the fingers are extremely flimsy and the toes are basically jello but that’s not a big deal. The head is beautifully made and painted in my opinion I am however disappointed that her nipples and pussy where not painted at all but i was told the reason was they where marked as skin tone on their end which i know is an option on their custom models but i didn't see it in the description of the one i got, i just was going by the pictures provided. but all that being said I am really happy with her over all for the price. And would recommend to any first time buyers.

after getting the shipping issues out…
after getting the shipping issues out of the way I received it pretty nicely packaged but a little damaged in shipping one small hole in the arm Barely noticeable to keep the doll clean baby oil works the best to clean TPE but need to use baby powder after to keep it from being sticky. I bought this as a mannequin but getting it to stand by itself has proven a huge challenge. the spine is too floppy and doesn't hold the weight well. I would consider getting one without a skeleton. over all first impressions not bad.

SCAM SITE BEWARE!!! Any company can put up fake reviews and this one certainly does. I placed an order for a doll. I received, something, in a box half the size described. I never opened the box for fear of some fine print saying once opened not returnable. Legally... these stores are not supposed to resell used sex related items, but I'm sure this disgusting place does. Back to point... typical bait and switch. Sent the item back... A MONTH LATER STILL NO REFUND, just email response excuses, "be patient, it takes time."
Avoid at all costs!!!

1. First, After the product was confirmed wrong, we sent you a pre-paid return shipping label at the first time. And you claimed you returned the package according to the tracking info.
2. We need to receive the returned package, and then we can start the refund process, which is the standard process for the orders. But unfortunately, our warehouse never received the returned package. But you didn't believe us, though we have provided you with the conversation proof with our warehouse. We checked with our warehouse about your returned package at least 8 times on different days. But our warehouse never received the returned package. (We have sent all the above screenshots proof to you by email)
3. After a long time, we started the refund process though we still haven't received the returned package. The refund on our system failed, as you filed a dispute in PayPal. We left 3 messages to PayPal to refund your payment. (We have sent all the above screenshots proof to you by email)
4. We have sent at least 8 emails to you to contact you but never got a response from you after that.
5. Finally, PayPal accepted the refund process, and you got your payment. We never got your returned package.
All in all, we value our customers and we try our best to deal with all situations.

I found out Bestrealdoll prices was cheaper then other websites and they have a good selection of dolls to choose from and dolls matched the photos.Some websites like eBay the doll’s didn’t match the photos they showed for the dolls.Making people mad they didn’t get the dolls they payed for that matched the photos of the dolls.

I want anyone & everyone that is researching or looking for a sex doll to know, everything I’m about to say is true & in summary do not buy a sex doll from Bestrealdoll. To make a long story short, like you, I was searching to buy a sex doll for what I felt was a reasonable price. During my search I came across a lot of sex doll sites but ultimately Bestrealdoll caught my eye, I ordered a USA Stock doll thinking it would be the safe route to get the doll exactly as advertised but unfortunately dear reader….. I was horribly wrong. The one credit I will give this fake site is they did an excellent job getting whatever the heck this is shipped to me within 3-5 business days, but other than that, I received my package to make the horrifying discovery of a doll that isn’t even remotely the same as advertised. Honestly if trustpilot let us post pics I would show you guys this blasphemy, but unfortunately they don’t. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a cute doll but I’m definitely going to return it for my refund. If the doll at least had the butt & the hips like in the picture I would probably be fine with it but it’s just some average skinny body model. I am beyond pissed that I took a risk & got burned, but I don’t want everyone to make the same mistake that I have. So, Bestrealdoll has 2 options, send me the doll I bought as advertised or give me my money back, there is no in between. These products are amazing and realistic… company works hard to make sure customer is satisfied. Had a couple minor issues but company worked diligently to resolve them going above and beyond. If they are not responsive immediately it’s because they are in HK I think so it’s a large time difference where they work while we sleep so they always respond the next day.

BestRealDoll is the way to go if you’re in the market for a high quality sex doll. They have a large selection to choose from and they are pretty affordable compared to some of the other sellers I’ve come across. In addition to that they are also quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have after ordering your doll. Great products but horrendously bad customer support and not so "immediate" shipping.
I bought two dolls from this business and initially the support service was so terrible that I went to this site to write about the sh!t of their business. My second order shipped like a week and a half after I purchased it and my first order I received the tracking information of another customer's order which seems like a privacy breach to me. I never received any form of actual tracking info until much later for my orders, which was quite a considerable annoyance. But when I finally received my dolls I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and build of these products. They move and pose in many various ways, the TPE skin is very soft and nice to the touch. The dolls seem very solid and relatively high quality in regards to their intended use. My second order even had an additional issue where they sent me the wrong head piece (which I initially did not notice) but they corrected this by sending me the correct head piece weeks later. I do sincerely appreciate it and would offer a half star for that if I could. Overall, I am impressed with the products I received but have such a bad aftertaste from my experience of dealing with customer support that I simply can't offer a full 5-stars for my experience with you guys. Take notes and make some improvements if you want better reviews.
