Horrible customer service
One of the products I ordered was not good so I made a return. I printed the return label that they sent and then I went to one of the Hungarian Post Office pickup points to return it.
The clerk could not receive the package because the system did not recognize the shipment ID number.
I wrote to the BestSecret that the return ID was not correct and what I had to do to be able to return the package.
After two days they replied that the case was ongoing and that they would respond as soon as they could.
This was over a week ago. I wrote to them again yesterday to ask how the case was going, but still no answer.
And this is not the first time that they do not deal with the customer.
