returned purchases and no refund
I have returned my purchases as they weren't exactly what I was looking for and have been waiting on my refund for weeks. I have spoken to the same customer rep twice now who insists that the refund was made, indeed i received the confirmation email, but see no refund in my bank account. I was supposed to receive a proof of refund as promised by the customer service rep, but nothing in my inbox! This is looking like a scam to me... and unfortunately I have spent a lot of money.

Something went wrong with the delivery…
Something went wrong with the delivery of my order. Thereafter, it was only possible for me to receive a reimbursement. It was, somehow, technically impossible to just send it again. The painting I wanted never appeared on your website again.
In short, this is a very poor experience.
