I never signed up for this, and after numerous emails requesting a refund, they are now ignoring me. DO NOT VISIT THIS PAGE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.

They are clearly violating European consumer laws. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), I have the right to withdraw from a contract and claim a reimbursement within 14 days for a service I never ordered or received. In this case, I contacted them within 1 day to request a refund, yet they continue to refuse.

They approved it and it's really responsible on their part because I didn't order the subscription for which I was charged. It was a really good commercial practice to approve the refunding as they did

Super bad experience. The unauthorized deduction of $87.07 from my account between the dates of 27th to 30th July, was highly illegal and this has to stop. At the time of this review the per the request of the escalation team, the unlawfully deduction of the $87.07 for no service provided, which should have happened before this review.

Absolute scam - I never signed up for this and money has been taken out of my account. NO cooling off period, NO return, NO refund. Overpriced products so even if I were to use my 'voucher' products cost far more than if I purchased directly from company.
I just want a refund.
No confirmation email was sent about my 'subscription' so I can't contest it.
