Be warned, avoid this company. They’ve taken my money, posted me smashed products and despite months of chasing them refuse to refund me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My initial dealings with the company were positive. I requested and paid for a sample and that was delivered promptly. I had questions before I ordered and also those were answered promptly. Then I placed an order and delivery again was quite prompt. The issue is with the tiles. First they say they are "Moroccan". They are infact made in Vietnam so not authentic. The bigger issue was almost 20% were damaged - one completely smashed but most with various degrees of chips. Their T&Cs are strict and say you need to check each tile and report back within 12 hours and they were replace no quibbles. I did so and was told I had to check the tiles while the driver was there and send back then and there. Good luck with that in London - like a driver is going to have a cup of tea while I check each tile. It took me 2 hours to check each tile. After much back and forth they have agreed to replace 12 tiles of the 52 damaged. That was almost two weeks ago and those tiles have not showed up. So be warned. There were other places I could have bought the tiles but I was in a hurry. Next time I will wait!

UPDATE: The 12 tiles that they sent to replace the 52 damaged finally arrived. Of the 12 new tiles, 5 were damaged!!!

Ger was a fantastic help to us in picking tiles for a whole house. She knows the stock like the back of her hand and was full of great suggestions for matching and coordination. She didn’t always suggest expensive tiles which helped us stay on budget. Best tile’s range and price are hard to beat.

Great selection of tiles and fab service. Ger was able to work with me to find the exact tiles I wanted for 4 bathrooms and utility room. The website and the team are happy to answer as many questions I had both on the day I called and in the weeks that followed. I would highly recommend Best Tile.

Put telephone call into Best Tile and service I got was excellent Ger was great totally focused on trying to find requested products. She followed up with Emails and quotes. All round totally impressed

Ordered tiles in December. They delivered the wrong tiles on 24th, and were closed until the first week of January.

I then called to process the correct tiles being delivered in time for our tiler to receive and start work on the 7th. Of course on the 7th nothing arrives so I have to call and chase. Turns out they can’t find the tiles.

They kept saying it was the fault of receiving the wrong tiles, at no point did they take responsibility and try to compensate me. I’m out of pocket for days our tiler was booked in for but couldn’t work. Then today I get my phone bill and I’ve spent another £20 on calls to them because of their incompetence.

Tiles look nice on the website but honestly not worth the bother.
