I had a highly disappointing experience…

I had a highly disappointing experience with Best Time Ltd, a Winchester-based recruitment agency. They offered me a production operative role with a confirmed start date of September 29, 2025, but failed to provide essential PPE, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility despite UK law requiring it. When I raised this legal concern, they challenged me and, after I mentioned discussing it with their client, abruptly withdrew the job, claiming it was “no longer available.” This felt retaliatory and left me without work after relying on their promises. Their lack of transparency and unprofessional conduct cost me time and money. I’ve reported them to the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate and would caution others against trusting this agency. Avoid if you value fair treatment.
