This delivery service is not the Best, probably the Worst!
Every time the driver just takes a photo of my main entrance and I get a text "Delivery failed" although they have my phone number and I am at home.
Happens every time. How FedEx can still use them for their deliveries is a mystery to me.

Terrible. They did not ring the dolr bell, but according to this picture they were not even at my address. I was home all afternoon for the delivery, and they can not even ring the bell? I didn’t hear the phone. And then they say i will have to reschedule and don’t send any email or sms about how?

No delivery or information for 2 straight planned evenings and apparently there was some "unknown issue" with the order.
Wanted to cancel due to no availability, got a rescheduling as a counter-offer but closed the chat while I was typing my answer.
Will not use Best again.

Worst delivery service exist until now
This is second time something is being delivered by Best for me , they are the worst delivery service out there , both time they reschedule several days and still i have not got my delivery.

Fast service, all of my deliveries from Best have been on time and in perfect condition unlike some other delivery services.
So bad
I have been through bad situations with them more than once, this time was the last time I get anything delivered by them. More than once they fail to deliver before 22.00 ,then they send a message that they could come UP UNTIL 23. That in itself is ridiculous, but this time my package should come one day, it didn't, the next day, I was AGAIN last in the delivery queue, and the driver stopped working 5 minutes earlier because I couldn't follow it anymore. Great. Talking to customer service, they just said "I'm sorry, all late orders are priority, and the message we send is in case the driver comes 5 minutes late". IS IT? How?

Best is an ironic name for this company
We ordered medicine for our son who had the flu. Best had the fastest delivery time according to the website, so we picked them. The delivery was scheduled to arrive between 17-22 on a Friday night. The delivery truck started the round of deliveries at 20:30 with 25+ deliveries before ours. At 23:00 the delivery still hadn't arrived even if the live GPS tracker claimed "delivery at 22:00". Truck stops by gas station on the tracker then heads back to the terminal. We get a message the next day (saturday) claiming that the delivery will happen on Monday... with our needed medicine that we are almost out of at this point. Monday rolls around and the delivery gets canceled minutes after it was supposed to start. When we call they claim our package had ended up being sorted wrong. We get no further updates on when the package is supposed to come from that point. We call customer service to claims "human error" and tells us to ask for compensation via the web pharmacy instead. We had to cancel the order and make several phone calls and a separate order for pick up at a pharmacy instead because we never got any updates about our missing delivery.
If it had been a package of non-essential items this wouldn't have been as big of an issue, but given that they failed twice, made us wait an extra 5 days and not even let us know when we could expect the delivery of -medicine- is a disgrace.
Delivery missing after left outside apartment, no notification
Had a delivery of roses on valentine's day that never arrived.
I contacted Best and they claim they left the roses by the entrance to the building downstairs at our apartment. They didn't notify us that the delivery was completed.
We went down to check, there was nothing there. Horrible service.
Such a bad delivery service
Such a bad delivery service. Never got my package delivered on time. The delivery got moved to the next day several days in a row once, and another time the driver just turned around when my package was next in line, even though there was still one hour to deliver it. Never want to use this company again.
More like Worst Transport
This is not the first time this has happend, the first time around they straight up didnet show up, I was standing outside for over 20 min, their so called map said 1 min away for over 20 min and then I got a message that they were unable to deliver like this is somehow my fault. Since then I ALWAS klick on knock on door, to make sure they acctually deliver my stuff, ohhh was I wrong, what they do to get around this is following: they take a picture with a black backround so you cant see if they acctually did try to deliver your package, and they klick on faild to deliver.
Like I said before THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, but it is the last time i use "Best Transport"
I have used this service twice
I have used this service twice, the first time using an "express" option for a "next day delivery". Needless to say they didn't deliver on time. The second time I used them they lost the package and never contacted me about it. A support agent of one of Swedens largest retailers suggested to me that I should avoid Best in the future.
I am extremely disappointed with this…
I am extremely disappointed with this transport service. They promised delivery on Friday between 17:00 and 22:00, but at 21:00, I received a text saying they were too busy and that I would soon get more information about the new delivery time. Not only did they fail to deliver the next day, but I had to wait an additional three days for my package to arrive. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, and I will think twice before using their service again.
Refuses to deliver package
Refuse to deliver package, lies about calling, refusing to do anything about this. No clue where my package is going to end up. Repeated occurrence

Worst delivery experience ever in Sweden. Will Never use it again and do not recommend it to anyone.
Did not deliver by the promised time. They marked the package as delivered without actually delivering it (causing panik) and delivered it the next day (without notice).
Insensible delivery person kept calling on intercom and didn’t speak (the intercom is functioning), I still let them in, assuming it might be the delivery. They just left the package in the ground floor near the main entrance (I would expect them to leave the package at the door step).
I cannot trust this company for their service.
Useless
I currently reside in Sweden, where Best has encountered significant challenges over the past year. There have been numerous instances of delays or cancellations in deliveries, despite prior scheduling commitments. For this reason, I would advise against using this service if you have a strong aversion to disappointment.
Best is the worst!
Terrible service! I ordered medicine from a drugstore and Best keeps cancelling the delivery. I need the medicines but if I go to a shop and buy again I will be stuck with too much at home (I can't return medicines). The drugstore handed the products to best 5 days ago!
DO NOT USE BEST if you need stuff delivered on time. BEST IS UNRELIABLE!

The worst company, avoid them by all means. They told me they will deliver between 17-22. The driver sent a photo of a bank 1km from my house to justify the failed delivery! They promised the will deliver another day but never came. Now I am exchanging emails with Fedex, which gave them the package to see if we can find a solution. I lost already many hours from my work. Stay away from them.
