If i dont get the next days my vcc i will open dispute

Total scam. Took 3 days to deliver account and the account was shut down within 3 hours of first login.

They said they'd send a new account and are now ignoring my emails and Skype messages.

He is legit don't misjudge him.

I have waited for 24 hours and the account was not delivered at that moment I though he scammed me therefore, Initially I have raised a negative feedback in Trustpilot and I have raised a dispute case in PayPal saying he is a scammer.

But guess what? he is really legit!
I got full PayPal details.
I am giving him 5/5 even though there is delay in delivering the account.

I have closed the dispute case since he delivered my account. and I am writing this positive feedback.

as you all know PayPal is ban in Bangladesh.
As a freelancer i faced a lot of problems to getting payment from my USA, CANADA, UK payment.
So after a long searcing on google, i found some site who was providing the USA verified PayPal.But I tried to contact so many people but some's pricing was high and some's feedback was not good.
one day i found bestvcc.com
i talked with them every day (7 days approximate) to ensure they are fake or real.
its was urgent but i took time and talked with them regularly.
and discussed with them about my problem and also told them about my condition(i am a student and the amount was big for me)
wanna listen what they said?
they said as you are a student and you will get a discount.
so i feel they are 100% fake. why an unknown person will give me a discount.
so again i took some more day and talked with them.and finally ordered so they told me to send my name and mail(i forgot to send mail)
so after 12 hours i back and asked where is my order then they said "you forgot to send mail dear)
then i send them mail and after 4/5 hours the provide a full verified my dream account.
i was so happy but i did not have money to pay them(i was ashamed)
but they did ask for payment at that time. But i promised them when I will have I will pay them.
They deserved that.
I don't know if anyone scammed by them but i trust them 100%
I recommend you if you need help just asked and trust them.
