Great toys for men and Women

Very Bad!

My dealings with the company have been fine, goods arrived on time, packaged accordingly, but the goods themselves! Wow! I bought a penis pump (I'll stick it in anything) the opening is useless to anyone bigger than small I would say? (im average on a good day, dependant on wind conditions etc) but this thing was so badly designed for ease of access, I can only assume this hadn't been tested at all or at any part of the process of taking it to market? Anyhoo! I forced my little fella into the diddy entrance (cost me 40 quid) and pressed the 'on' button, and to my eternal shock it pulled nearly every drop of blood from my body into my helmut! I can honestly say if I had waited another 2 seconds my helmut would have disconnected from my stem like a golf ball ball being struck off a tee by an angry B.A Baracus in his prime. This was not good! The sleeve is awful. The machine itself sucks but not in a good way. I have written the £40 off and the unit is in the bin.

Oh! I also bought a vibrating thrusting rubber butt.
(Any port in a storm fellas) Right, I would very much like to know whos testing these things out and saying "Thats great! perfect and I cannot design one any better!" It is an utterly stupid worthless and ridiculous rubber hole that set me back 50 quid! Again, the entrance is smaller than a whistling cats mouth, its as deep as a Chicago Town deep pan pizza and the vibration and the thrusting is as effective as the government.
I have written the £50 off, cut it into little pieces and this, like the nob pump is in the bin.

If you would like me to test any sex toys out before you mass produce them please let me know and I will (like a stuntman) use my little fella who can then inform me of your bad designs and I will then pass this information on to you so you can improve your stock.

Thank you for the advice.

1   The penis pump and my little fella were as slippy as a greased weasel. The sleeve is just useless.
Step by step? not good, you get about 4 quick steps before my bulb was under such immense stress that it nearly broke the laws of physics!
2 Regarding the butt
I cannot take videos as the item is in the bin.
Can I offer you a suggestion?

Give one of each of these items to all of your male staff members (Managers and Directors preferably!) to take home with them to test and see what there response and feedback is. If there feedback is anything above awful they are either lying or they have penises much much smaller than the average human male. This to me seems like the perfect way in which to solve this problem. That way, the feedback you get will be straight from the horses mouth. Then, your entire company can see if the item has an issue? Don't forget though to give them some free lube!!!!!!!! you wouldn't want staff off sick with bell ends that look like the end of Elmur Fudds gun.

Never been ghosted this bad.

I ordered an Item 3 weeks ago. The order is still showing as pending so it hasn't shipped (Money cleared in less than a day). I have tried reaching out multiple time and have not gotten a single response. I keep track of both the main folder and spam of my emails. I do really want what i ordered and i like the selection on the website but I have recieved ZERO customer service.

Only hours after posting my review here bestvibes requested further information to make sure I'm a customer. Then about a day later I got exactly what I should have had well over a week ago, answers. I got told how much longer the delay would be and an offer to change to a different item if I wanted. I'm opting to wait for whatbi wanted originally. And hopefully I will recieve it in about 2 weeks.

Im adding a start because I feel like things are finally starting to move along. Will update further depending on my continued interactions with this company.

One worked. Other item did not. Contacted bestvibe. No resolve from them to replace defective item
Orginal reply was pictures of upc & product & upc on box for return. Now they send me instruction on how to turn on item & replace remote battery. I have already done this & item will still not turn on . Still awating vendor to return & replace item . Vendor response was they needed item no. & oder no. I have given this to them. It appears that they will not support a defective item
