All of the reviews state that this company is a rip off and will steal your money. There's total of 3 positive reviews only and it doesn't take a genius to realize that they are either all fake reviews since they were all done on the same day (January 7th) or that's the biggest coincidence of all time. Scam scam scam company.

I ordered a product in October 2020 . I received no shipping confirmation or notification for over a month . I emailed them to inquire and was told it will be sent when the next shipment was received ( 4 months ago). A couple emails giving me the run around. Then completely ghosted , no product which has been for sale on there website the whole time . No costumer service . This is a horrible business ripping people off during a pandemic. Shame on you scammers ! I’ve accepted the fact bestvibes ripped me off and will probably do it again to others . They could easily offer other products if they can’t get your order ,but providing nothing for your money makes them no different to any other thieves!

I made an order for a fleshlite on November 30th 2020 and have written 2 messages with no response. It is now January 28th and I will be attempting to cancel my order if they ever respond.

Totally disappointed in this company. I’m a first time buyer and 2 weeks later still no product delivered to me. I tried to contact them and after a week I’ve received 2 emails with the same message. I clicked on the tracking link and it shows nothing but “Shipped” this is a joke. I give the benefit of the doubt but in this case I can’t. Put in an order 5 weeks ago still has not been shipped have sent many emails no responce. Would you not think with everybody ordering on line during this pandemic a company would do its best give good customer service. Do not deal with this company they take your money and will not respond to emails . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED TERRIBLE COMPANY pay more money and buy from someone reputable.

Ordered item and still waiting to get my confirmation nearly two weeks now.
Sure the prices are great when you shop around but after 14 days my item still hasn't arrived and they don't let you know what's going on. I called and emailed multiple times for an order status - they NEVER respond.
DO NOT order from this site unless you want to lose your money. I have contacted them through their website and paypal but still no response.
