Hi Bianca! It's pretty easy to send funds on our platform. To start your crypto transfer just tap on the “Send” button in the wallet card -> select which token you want to transfer -> Enter the receiving address - Choose the cryptocurrency you want to send from the drop-down bar. Please note that Best Wallet is a non-custodial platform, which means you have full control over your wallet and its contents. If you wish to access your funds through a different platform, you can do so by exporting your private key and importing your wallet elsewhere. To export your private key, please follow these steps: Settings → Manage Wallets → Multi-Chain Wallets → Select the desired wallet → Tap Export Private Keys. For detailed guidance, you can refer to our Help Center article. Hi Richard! We released a new update to allow multi-chain support and you just need to follow a few simple steps to access your old EVM-only Main Wallet after you've successfully created your new multi-chain one. To reimport your old Main Wallet go to Settings > Manage Wallets > Recover Old Wallets and log in using the same email address and method (email, Google SSO, or Apple SSO) that you originally signed up with. If that doesn't resolve it, please let us know in your ticket and we'll assist you further.

Please note that the upcoming tokens listed on our platform undergo a thorough vetting process to ensure they meet our quality and security standards. However, these tokens are independent of Best Wallet and are not directly managed or controlled by us. Hi Franco! Just like any self-custody wallet, uninstalling/reinstalling the app without backing up your private key means you’ll lose permanent access to your wallet. Our product team can assist you in regaining access to your old Main Wallet and account, so send us the email address associated with your account in your ticket.

Hi Tim, sorry to hear you're having trouble claiming your tokens! You can claim your tokens directly from within Best Wallet by going to the Upcoming Tokens tab > select the token ready for claiming > tap Claim. If your tokens are staked, you'll have to withdraw them directly from the project's official staking page instead. To improve your app's performance, please clear the cache for the Best Wallet app from your phone's settings and make sure to frequently restart your device.
