Bestwallet 

Best Wallet is decent but not amazing, at least for me. I mainly use it to track my portfolio across a few different chains. It does a solid job showing balances in one place, which helps during all this market volatility lately. I also appreciate that it supports multiple networks without making things overly complicated.

It works, but it is not especially friendly if you are new to crypto. I like that I control my own keys and can swap tokens without leaving the app. Beyond that, the layout of Best Wallet feels cluttered and I still hesitate sometimes because I am not sure where certain options are and how exactly I am supposed to use it.

A couple of transactions on Best Wallet took longer to reflect than I expected, which made me a bit nervous even though they eventually went through. The design is clean, but navigating between chains could be clearer. It’s a workable wallet, just not one that completely stands out yet.

The multi-chain support is excellent. I hold assets across different blockchains and Best Wallet handles everything without any issues.

They keep having me try the same stuff over and over and want proof I tried that.. once they have me try everything there is to try they circle back to the beginning asking so whats the issue.. the issue is I reinstalled best wallet on a new device and it says ncw migration failed and if I try to enter the email instead of continue with google it takes me back to the log in page. Im locked out and they discourage you from having your seed phrase by putting a warning they wont help you recover your funds if you view the key.

Overall, a solid and trustworthy crypto wallet. Secure, flexible, and clearly built with users in mind. Definitely one of the better wallet apps available right now.

It has been 4 months that my account is blocked, since they have updated their app. I used an old phone, and after it died, was forced to reinstall the app on a new one. Ever since, Daniel and the team are just unable to give my account back in spite of my backup seriously made one 1 ago. So, scam I guess, because after a half year waiting for solving my issue, I just lose my patience

Due to a bug in my account, tokens couldn't be sent. I had to delete the app, and BestWallet resolved it. Months later, I still can't access my account! It's a truly appalling app that should be shut down by financial institutions!

Purchased ETH through BestWallet Platform. All was well, until I went to transfer my assets to an external wallet. Transactions will not go through, and my assets are being held hostage with no support whatsoever. I’ve contacted company multiple times, and have yet to receive a response. I will be disputing with my bank as well as Topper. Highly disappointed in the downfall of this one time highly regarded wallet. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Better yet, they should give stars to their customers that they have stolen from and deceived. Pathetic at best.

Impossible to withdraw your tokens. Total scam.

Fast reply from support. Sometimes too fast, hence requesting to explain again.
No pb with best wallet so far.

I have had issues with connection to new devices, where I have thought my wallet is gone, but I had great service from the team and all was restored to perfection.

I have been using Best Wallet for some time now, and unlike others, I did not have any issues at all. Sending money to it, swapping, buying some pre-sales coins (I did that through another wallet as well), all worked fine, and buying a presale coin was even more easy through Best Wallet. Some say it is a scam, but so far I do not have that experience? Time will tell. If you do not trust it, but still want to try, use small amounts.. simple.

This wallet is a scam, it sells useless tokens, the deposited currencies cannot be withdrawn, even Best token itself has no value and cannot be sold.

About Best Wallet Token: it is a scam. They raised almost $18 million during last year under presale, but only put a few million into liquidity. The price fell threefold in the first hour after going public, and two days later, it had fallen fivefold. Where did all the accumulated liquidity go? And this happens with any tokens they advertise in their wallet. It's legalized robbery. Now they've disabled comments on Telegram and are blocking dissatisfied users. I think the police should take care of them.

Complete scam, invested around £200 only in this coin, payind £15 for gas fees to receive 0.13 dollars of coin.

Previously paing gas and comission more than 30%. Unbeliveable.

Lost around 2000 dolars on this platform on taxes. For nothing.
