The guys at bestware went above and beyond when it came to the recent HP G2 release, despite shortages by the manufacturer they kept all pre order customers informed every step of the way, via email and community pages. They even took into consideration issues with UK leaving the EU in January (which I'm sure some people wouldn't have even thought of), excellent service, and would definitely buy from them again (EU trade laws permitting ;) ), some of the best customer service I have ever received, thanks to all the team at Bestware, Merry Christmas guys ;).

Preordered an HP Reverb G2 VR set on their site. The headset is amazing but the customer service at Bestware is even better. When HP caused a shitstorm with preorders, Bestware made a reddit thread that was updated daily (sometimes even more often) to inform it's customers on the status of their preorder. You knew exactly where your headset is and when it will be shipped. Best customer service I have experienced so far !

Yes, items have been delayed, but that's not Bestware/XMG/Schenker's fault. AMD doesn't have the number of processors needed to facilitate the demand generated by users, and a lot of products from this site use AMD processors because they're so much better than Intel's option.

To be fair they probably could have improved the shipping logistics. They probably didn't expect their broker to have so many issues and didn't prepare for it. Even so that delay is still a drop in the ocean compared to what HP caused.
In the end Bestware has shown that it works with not against its customers when they need support.

I preordered HP Reverb G2. Even If they had problems with delivery at first, they did great job to upgrade shipments for free to UPS express shipment. Today I received my HP Reverb G2. Thank you Bestware.

I have to say my experiences with this company regarding the role out of the HP Reverb G2 headset have been very unsatisfactory. Headsets arrived 5 months late from HP to Germany on the 3rd of December. The company said pre-orders in batch #1 (which I am a part of) would begin shipping immediately. We we're told by the company that orders would be fulfilled on a first in first out basis. This turned out to be completely untrue. Because I am located outside of Germany in Ireland the company has now turned around and said that they would be fulfilling all German pre-orders before they start to ship international. Back tracking on an earlier promise they made. I received an email yesterday (11th December) from them saying they were sorry but due to their inability to deal with the volume my order won't be leaving German soil for another week and a half! I pre-ordered this headset and paid fully at the start of July in the hope of actually receiving ahead of people who could just go online and purchase from HP or any other retailer. Instead I'll be 1 of the last people to receive it. DISGRACEFUL level of service from HP and bestware. It's safe to say I will NEVER deal with this company again. BUYERS BEWARE!!
Received my XMG Core 17 in August and everything seems well with it. Delivery was quite and well packaged.
The screen is good for FPS gaming, The laptop runs cool with the added bonus of extra grunt if required.
The build quality feels solid with little flex in the keyboard area.
Battery life could be a little better but can't win them all.
Over all, Very happy with the product.
Technical information is discussed easily with Tom if asked. Always goes out his way to assist and recommend.
I could have bought the same item locally but with the XMG unit, You get a year longer warranty as standard. Also as mentioned the assistance from Tom helped sway it for me to buy from XMG/Bestware.
Their customer support is bar none. Honestly very good. I reached out to them on reddit, I didn't expect a response, but they provided the required info in good time, over and beyond what I had asked from them.
