Have been sent 5 consecutive replacement pumps in 3 months...all damaged or not working. Not a single phone call, no apology nothing..simply a robotic procedure.. so equal to no service at all

Good service. It took several weeks to get finally our pump reviewed (because it was not working the part of belgium where we are living) but after a lot of emails we have finally our Jacuzzi working properly. Thank you

Verry unfriendly and unprofessional customer service… They only read half of your mails. Respond verry late. And drag everything even longer… Verry unpleasant experience. I was in love with you product before. But now I will never ever buy from your brand again….

I buy a broken jacuzzi, and can't return it. When I get a new product after a long while, I still need to take apart the ald item, en reassamble the new one. Whitout how to.

We did receive only 5 air pressure caps while they said that a new jacuzzi liner was sent. Our liner was leaking air and could not be used. We had to cut the serial number and was promised to receive a new one but with caps we can’t do anything.

My pump was broken, and I submitted a complaint via the online portal. Unfortunately, after a week, I still hadn’t received any response. Eventually, I tried calling several times, but each time I was on hold for half an hour, even though there were supposedly no other callers in line and no one ever picked up. So unfortunately, it was impossible to reach anyone by phone, which really isn’t positive.
In the end, I decided to send an email and just hope for a quick reply. Thankfully, after that, the issue was resolved quickly, and I have now received a new pump.

I like that I got the pump replaced. I dislike it took so long and I had to give some irrelevant information like the serial nimber of the liner of the swimming pool although the problem was with the pump. The person didn't know that Izaki was also under bestway guarantee. Then the guarantee was contested because the video, made at the shop by the vendor, showed an electrical multiplug. I was not happy at all but I still give 3 stars, because in the end, it was resolved and I got a new pump delivered.
