I just started using Best Way and we are off to a good start. Peter Brown has coordinated my bike shipments and has worked hard to get them picked up on time. The 1st bike was delivered quickly and well taken care of. The 2nd bike is enroute now and 3rd bike is waiting for pick up.

Mr. David Richard was awesome!!... he stayed in contact with pickup-contact and receiving-contact at every step of the way... before pickup/during/after...made sure every detail was covered and executed in a timely fashion and checked after each task... I worked with Brian Martin to ship a 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty from Texas to Washington state and the process was surprisingly simple. Brian did all the heavy lifting and kept me informed the entire time. They met my requested pick up and drop off dates. Brian's driver was very polite and communicated his progress with me the entire time. I felt like Bestway Auto Transport is definitely looking out for their customer's best interest and provides an honest quality service at a reasonable cost. There was quite a bit of confusion initially due to language barrier on the exact cost involved for transport. Alex Cole was most attentive in trying to explain the confusion and apologized. In the end it all worked out and we received the vehicle. We were not aware we were dealing with a broker for these services and NOT the actual company doing the transport. Live and learn. Alex Cole does his best to make sure everything was good on our end.

Best Way Auto Transport did an excellent job with transporting my boat from Pennsylvania to Texas very quickly and with no issues whatsoever. From the beginning to the very end, Mr. Brian Martin with Best Way Auto Transport provided me excellent customer service, was extremely trustworthy, and he provides a very honest business to his customers. Hired Best Way Auto to transport a new boat. I was assured I would have an experienced driver and my boat was guaranteed to be insured. Driver showed up at dealership and incorrectly hooked up the boat, did not even hook upt safety chains. The trailer came unhitched and slide down road and into a pole causing $47k in damages. It has been over 2 months and I have been told the driver was not on the company's insurance and they would not take care of the damages. I will give further updates.
